OK, but not worth the price. The room is relatively small, especially the corner of the bed where it is easy to hit your legs. I hope it can be improved.

The best visit ever! The service was excellent and they even arranged a candle light dinner for our honeymoon! They supported us in every way possible and even upgraded our room. They took us a tour of the palace and it is a beautiful place. Anyone who wants a royal treatment this is the best place to experience it! Last but not least Yasho catered to us really well and made sure our visit was memorable and fun.

We had an amazing stay at Westbury Palace! The hotel had a lovely Bridgerton vibe, with its beautiful and elegant design. The view was outstanding, the pool was great, and the rooms were super cute and cozy. The staff, especially Silva, were so kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The chef made delicious vegetarian food and yummy desserts, which we loved! This boutique hotel is perfect for a peaceful and charming getaway. Highly recommend it to everyone!

We stayed here last month for only one night having caught the train from Kandy (which was a wonderful journey). The Westbury was the perfect antidote to the very busy hotel we stayed at in Kandy . It was so personal and relaxing and in a wonderful setting . The view from the heated outdoor infinity pool is marvellous . We had a lovely evening meal there and were provided with an enjoyable take away breakfast for our early departure for the walk to Worlds End the next morning . Nihal , the excellent manager , was so attentive with nothing being too much trouble for him and his staff. He very kindly allowed us access to the facilities and pool after our return from the walk before we caught the afternoon train to Ella . Thank you Nihal for a wonderful stay

This boutique hotel has an amazing experience like vikotrian age. The meals are amazing with private chef and waiter everyone nice and all accommodations int eh hotel are amazing - very recommended when you are in nuwara eliya. Rooms are amazing a must experience like kings

We got an upgrade and enjoyed our stay in a big suite. The staff was always very attentive and helped us to solve all questions. You can decide everyday what you want to eat for breakfast and it is a lot! The hotel is located in the center of nuwara eliya.
