The hotel is small, but each floor only have 4 rooms and each has balcony.
Remember to ask receptionist to clean the room if you stay 2 nights.
The position is really good, near market, coffee shop, interesting sightseeings.
No breakfast included, you prepare/arrange by yourself.

From the check in to the check out ‚ it has been an amazing experience! Mr.Manoj & Mr.Ruvinda have made our stay a wonderful one. I have travelled to Nuwara Eliya with my wife & two daughters. This gem of a place can be highly recommended for solo‚ couples or family journey. The rooms are super comfy with all amneties & full security 24/7. We felt like home at this lovely place. Food is awesome. The staff will do everything to make your stay a memorable one. As this cottage is located right in the middle of Nuwara Eliya town‚ you can easily visit all important locations very easily. My daughters loved our family suite as it consisted a cozy attic with sleeping facilities. Sometimes they don't want even to exit the room! At the time of our visit to Nuwara Eliya‚ it was freezing! But Our suite has ample heating facilities to make our stay a very comfortable one. Highly Recommend this amazing place👍

Cottage 42 was an absolute gem during our stay. While it's a bit pricier than other options in town, it's well worth the investment. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the center. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, heating, air conditioning, a kettle, filtered water, a hot shower, a separate bathroom, a balcony with chairs, and a TV with both local and international channels. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to leave our bags after check-out so we could enjoy breakfast. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in [Town Name], Cottage 42 is highly recommended.

The hotel room was big and with balconies on two sides. Comfortable bed. Coffee tea all was on place. Clean room with great view. Mr. Manoj at the reception very kind and welcoming person always ready to help. Thank you for the great service

Enjoyed a night at this hotel during my solo trip. Impressed by the excellent room amenities, cleanliness, and quality, especially considering the budget-friendly price. Kudos to the caretaker, Manoj, for outstanding service. Conveniently located within walking distance to the town.

Die Unterkunft liegt recht günstig zur Stadt. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und hell. Das Bett ist nur 1,40m oder 1,60m breit aber okay. Es ist gemütlich und hat saubere, warme Decken und gute Kissen. Das Bad ist klein aber okay. Die Dusche ist prima. Auf dem Balkon kann man gut sitzen. Das Frühstück ist gut und auf Wünsche wird eingegangen. Nachts stören die Hunde der Nachbarschaft, aber das Problem ist fast überall. Der Inhaber steht stets für Fragen bereit und hilft wo er kann. Wichtig ist hier: Klimaanlage einschalten zum Wärmen damit die Feuchtigkeit nicht so hoch ist. Auch durchlüften ist wichtig. Ablagen sind ausreichend vorhanden sowie ein Wasserkocher. Es
