Very attentive service, especially from front desk stafff Thejan who is passionate about his job. He's also cheerful and took good care of his guests. Glad to have Lakshan as our guide to the waterfall and our tea plantation experience. Chef Morgan cooks amazing Sri Lankan food and also very fine western cuisine. The rest of the staff were very attentive as well.

A rough journey
The chartered car is small, it would be better if it is a driving car
Because the road condition is really bad.
It is recommended that tourists visit during the day.
Allow 30-60 minutes for navigation
In January, it starts to get dark around 6 o'clock.
The hotel has beautiful scenery
Suitable for development here
You can make tea or watch the waterfall during the day.
Factory renovation although the room facilities are complete

One of the best places i've been to. Starting from the location of the hotel and then the whole concept of the hotel itself, a converted tea factory! The staff is really friendly and helpful. All the operations are eco conscious there are many experiences for anyone visiting to take part in. Maybe the buffet spread and ala carte options can improve. But its hardly anything to complain about.

I got the chance to stay at this lovely hotel by luck. And it was one of the most memorable days of my life. Me and my wife loved the hotel and their fantastic staff. I would recommend this hide away to anyone who want to get an experience of a lifetime. Keep up the great work T&E

We spent two wonderful days at the Tea and Experience Factory, where we found ourselves immersed in the tranquility of nature. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views, gentle mist, refreshing winds, and picturesque tea gardens, it felt like an escape into pure serenity. The food was excellent, and the hospitality of the staff was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable. While the winding road leading to the hotel is fairly maintained, its narrowness adds a bit of challenge to the drive. However, the journey is absolutely worth it. This location is perfect for nature lovers and birdwatchers, and a drive to Kabaragala Falls is a must-do experience. One note: since the property is a renovated tea factory, the soundproofing in the rooms isn’t ideal. I recommend booking an upper-floor room with a scenic view for a more peaceful stay.
