Our stay here over the holiday was really good with family and friends. The hotel staff were nice, courteous and helpful. They smiled a lot. The hotel had activities for kids the entire week we were there and this was very helpful. I'd definitely visit the place again.

Very welcoming mostly the waiters and waitresses down in the restaurant, Kamanzi, Christine, Kansiime, Queen, Venuste, Xavier, Frank, Aline, Akayesu, Chance, James and daniel at pool you guys made my family's stay worthwile. We can't wait to comeback.

Beautiful hotel, guest are very nice and welcoming. They are constantly checking to make sure you are doing ok. You’ll be greeted with a warm towel and a refreshing drink. There are a lot of things you can do such as play basketball, get a massage and go to the gym.

The most amazing service, everyone is so friendly and meets you to great you. I have never experienced such great hospitality before at a hotel. The staff is very kind and always greats with a smile. Everyone is so beautiful inside and out. I definitely loved my experience here!

The Epic hotel provided me with exceptional customer service during my stay. It has a nice view, I enjoyed birds watching, fishes feeding and also had fun with my friends at the Hotel’s sports facilities. Sauna and swimming pool are very clean. Hotel Manager, Charles is a nice person with customer service skills and communication skills. From the Gate to the room, all staff we met were so profession in their assigned tasks. I can forget to mention Sandra at the reception who provided us with exceptional customer service with a smiling face. Apollo, the Potter has handled our luggages professionally. In brief, this is one of the best place for good memories! ❤️

The service was lovely and the premises were clean. The gym is really lovely and brand new. The food could be better but it was decent enough. Will definitely come back again and this time check out more of their amenities such as the tennis court, spa.

Amazing bike ride, food was good. The music was great. The rooms also amazing . I would definitely recommend anyone to come and check out the place. They have nice views and surroundings to walk around and the community around is also amazing
