I really enjoyed this hotel and really glad I booked it. The location was perfect and central to all the best temples and pagodas. I had a travel snafu that rendered me to miss my connecting flight to Myanmar and having to check-in a day and a half later, and the hotel was gracious and flexible enough to accommodate my delay. Check-in was smooth, and the room is absolutely wonderful. It was large, and the hotel grounds and pool are beautiful and clean. My room had a little patio with a couple of chairs to help make tea a wonderful start to my morning. The bathroom and shower were clean and the water pressure was good. Hot water was plentiful. There is even a mini fridge to cool my drinks and preserved the fruits that I brought. Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, so even if you have a sunrise hot air balloon flight, you'll still make it on time for a hot breakfast, which consisted of bread, rice, sausage, sticky rice, tea leaf salad, soup, various fruits, seasoned veggies, fried stuff, and stir-fry noodles. I found out on my second day there that you could ask for eggs on request. The hotel staff was warm, friendly, and accommodating, and there was always a smile on everyone's faces. Wi-Fi was free and relatively fast, which did the trick as I had been lacking Internet connection for a couple of days. I loved this hotel and everything it had to offer, including a check out time of 12 PM. I highly recommend booking here if you'll be in Bagan. Best hotel in the best location possible!

The hotel is very beautiful, the environment is very good, the room is exaggerated, located in the pagoda, you can enjoy the pagoda while eating breakfast. Unfortunately, the service is really hard to say. I don't know why this address is set very strange. We arrived at the hotel at four o'clock in the morning and dragged the suitcase darkly. Then after arriving at the destination, I went to the front desk to try and ask the front desk. The front desk said that the order could not be found. We were not notified of the order until 8:30 am to be able to check in. Next, we were going to rent an E bike, and the front desk did not inform us in advance that the rental time was only eight hours, otherwise there would be a renewal fee. The overall service level does not match the hotel price.

The location was very good, they rented ebikes for you, the temples were close and had a lot of restaurants near by. The rooms and shared bathroom were kept clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was some toasts, fruit and tea/coffee. Good price for backpackers.
