We stayed at the "newer" building of the hotel which is in urgent need for renovation. The guest room was extremely smelly, likely because of the worn carpet, the mattress was sagging, I slept on the bed springs. During check-in we were referred to a small room with an open fire place for an aperitif. When we returned a bit later for our drinks, the comfy room was full with diners, and we were told to sit at our reserved table at the large restaurant. The stiff atmosphere put us off, therefore we left for a more relaxing place in town Nykobing. Breakfast was ok, though coffee very weak, staff friendly but obviously cannot make up for a sleepless night.
