Wanna give a shout out to the front desk…specifically Clay. Clay conducted himself professionally and made me feel at home even though I was away from home on business. He treated every customer with compassion and respect. Clay was a great friend to have and I would be definitely be staying with you guys again in the future!

I was greeted with open arms and the staff was so nice and exceeded my expectations. I appreciate the staff for always taking the initiative to help me. Clay would always let me know if I need anything to let him know. He was very generous. Lesley would always greet me and smile! Cierra does a great job housekeeping my room. I believe they are trustworthy and very professional.

Disclosure: Currently Titanium Elite Messaged the front desk the day of arrival through the marriott app and was able to get a room upgrade to a suite. This is a newer building, front desk check in was easy. Always someone at the desk when I needed them. Very professional team. I really honestly didnt have any cons with this hotel would stay there again. Breakfast was your typical Marriott breakfast. Pro tip is if you can try to get a room that doesnt face the highway directly (which is a very small amount). The AC does a good job drowning out the noise but it has the motion sensing thermostats and I had it cut off late at night. Gym is small but clean and functional. It has 3 treadmill and 2 elliptical and 2 sets of free weights with 2 benches. Outdoor seating with a firepit and grills you can use. They also have cooking ware like insta pot and whatnot you can borrow. Desk area is great for those that are working in their hotel room. Did not utilize the indoor pool. Marriott random rant: Marriott stop with the doorless showers. They suck

Nicely maintained modern property with really attentive staff. Only drawback I had was that my bed’s headboard backed up to the hallway ice maker, which was loud and vibrated whenever it cycled on all night. Staff graciously offered to swap my room, even at 6am when I reached out — unnecessary given my short stay, but still very appreciated.

We spent three nights here while visiting the area and couldn't have picked a better hotel. Tianna checked us in and was friendly and efficient. The two-room suite was perfect, with a separate bedroom, living room, and full kitchen. A great place to stay for one night or many. The room was spacious, clean and well laid out with plenty of storage area, counter space, roll-out desk and sleeper sofa in the living room. Each room was furnished with dishes, pots and pans, toaster and a Keurig coffee maker - couldn't ask for more! The fitness center was awesome: 2 elliptical machines, 3 treadmills, free weights, mats, weight balls, filtered water, and 2 weight benches. They provided two computers in the dining area which were fast and easy to use. Our particular room had a handicapped bathroom, which was fine, with a large walk-in shower, safety grab bars, an excellent shower head and extra towels. The morning breakfast was extra good with standard juice, yogurt, breads, waffle maker and cereal. The hot items were better than average with two varieties of egg items, a potato choice, and sausage choice. Nikki, the hostess was a perfect host and kept everything hot and well stocked. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice, clean and safe. If you stay here awhile, take advantage of the outdoor gas fire pit with comfortable seating around it, or cook a steak on one of the two gas BBQ grills. This hotel has all you'd need for a comfortable, enjoyable stay. My only suggestion would be to begin a re-cycle program to be more environmentally friendly. Having a complimentary daily USA today or local newspaper would be helpful, too. My biggest complaint is that they only have queen-sized beds in the two-room suites, which makes it uncomfortable for us taller folks. They do have them in the single rooms, but a few in the larger suites would be nice. Overall, though, they get an A+ grade and a high recommendation.

This hotel was booked because I remembered seeing it under construction before I moved away from this area. This time I was moving cross country again, and decided to check it out. The staff that greeted me were friendly, and nice. The hotel was also well kept due to being fairly new. I ran into an issue less than 24 hours from check in. I had my “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, and made sure it was on before I left the room. Normally no one goes into the room for a couple to a few days later. I was on a 2 night stay. I returned to find out someone entered my room from the hotel. This was disturbing as the DND was on the door; I even went to make sure it was still there and it was. I talked to the General Manager, and was given an explanation. The supervisor told the housekeeper to enter the room to replace the pillows (feather pillows), and entered the wrong room when they were supposed to go to the room below mine. I’m just glad I wasn’t in the shower at the time. Make sure your dressed, or they might come in your room. After talking more about the DND, she also mentioned it’s an extended stay hotel, so sometimes they have to go into the rooms. “What goes on here to have them say that they’re doing this” was my next thought. I stay at a lot of hotels in the other Marriott brands, and never had this issue. My second issue was they only had two luggage carts. I asked to verify it was only two. This is an extended stay hotel with only two luggage carts. Checkout wasn’t great because of this, but luckily I loaded half the car the night before when it wasn’t as busy. You may have to wait 30 minutes to an hour for one. If you have a lot of luggage, do it late night before you check out; only if you can hide the items in your car’s trunk.
