Buen hotel ,nosotros estuvimos en el norat tres estrellas y no sorprendió y para bien ,la habitación tiene un buen tamaño ,el colchón es bueno ,una pantalla de tele grande y el cuarto de baño es amplio,por poner un pero es bañera,me gusta más plato de ducha .El desayuno buffet está bien(lo pagamos aparte ),y el Spa está genial ,todo funcionaba a la perfección ,no es muy grande pero tiene muchos tipos de chorros .Arriba ,en la azotea hay una terraza con unas vistas al mar ,no la pudimos aprovechar porque no era temporada pero en verano se debe de estar muy bien.La ubicación también es buena ,está en el centro de O Grove .

La ubicación perfecta al lado del puerto, rodeado de restaurantes, muy limpio, el personal muy amable y las instalaciones estupendas. En el restaurante se cena muy bien.

It was the cheapest hotel on our entire trip and it wasn’t the worst by far! We got our room in what seemed to be the “new” area and it was spacious, clean and quiet! The spa was lovely too and my friends massage a total bonus on the experience! We also had dinner in the restaurant and it was all a great experience! We decided to go down to the buffet breakfast and it was a bit of a let down compared to the rest of the facilities: toasters weren’t working properly, cereal selection was a bit poor, but that’s just been picky! I would 100% come back!

The hotel is great, breakfast, facilities and everything very good. Unfortunately the staff leaves a LOT to be desired. Only a boy with slicked black hair greeted us when we entered. A bald guy and a woman didn't even look at us when they entered. In the restaurant all the waiters were very nice. The cleaning staff is also pleasant, except for the small detail of the noise they generate every morning. If this noise were caused by cleaning tools such as a vacuum cleaner, I wouldn't care because it's their job, but shouting and chattering through the hallways doesn't seem like the best way to preserve guests' rest, and even more so when there are separate signs. asking for silence in each hallway.

Hemos estado hospedados en este hotel y la experiencia ha sido excelente. Las instalaciones están en perfectas condiciones, modernas y muy bien cuidadas. La limpieza en todas las áreas, desde la habitación especialmente siempre perfecta y oliendo bien, hasta las zonas comunes, fue impecable. El personal es muy amable, siempre atento y dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa y aconsejando. Y el desayuno… ¡simplemente delicioso! Variado, fresco y muy bien presentado. La zona de spa y masaje ideal, nosotros nos dimos varios masajes y perfecto. Sin duda, volveremos y lo recomiendo totalmente. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo por todo, saludos Diego y María 😊

Estuve 5 días alojado con mi Padre en este hotel y ha sido una buena experiencia. Con desayuno, almuerzo y cena en el salón de buffet y uso del Spa que use un par de veces. Las camas son cómodas en el de 3 estrellas. Tuvimos el privilegio de tener un buen masaje en el spa por 20 minutos durante nuestra estancia, complementario. Las camareras de piso mantienen la limpieza a un excelente nivel. Los camareros mantienen un excelente servicio en el restaurante del hotel y el personnel de la recepción nos cuidaron bien. Por supuesto volveré. Me encantó muchísimo.

Ya es la segunda vez que estamos en este hotel , y de esta pudimos gozar de una noche con cena y spá por la tarde . El hotel está bien , limpio y cómodo para aparcar ,y el trato del personal , es muy bueno. Las habitaciones , podían ser un poco mas grandes , pero resultan cómodas. Tiene un restaurante que ofrece muy buen producto y con una vinoteca muy completa. Del SPA tengo que decir que , mas o menos como todos , circuito de chorros de agua y demás familia que es lo que ofrece casi todo el mundo. El buffet del desayuno , incrreible , no se puede pedir más , y el personal que lo atiende , de primera.
