Great location, didn’t have to walk far for restaurants and stores. Quiet to sleep, but best was the friendly and courteous service!!!

Everything was good with the room except they should have a small fridge. They have dishes, pots, pans, utensils and plates to cook but nowhere to store the food should you choose to eat in!

Picked this hotel for the location and decor. However, there was no working wifi and they did NOTHING to fix it in a week. Rooms are ok but noisy. The worst part was how rude and careless the lady at the front desk was. Would not help an 80 yo carry her suit case upstairs. Never again.

I was at the GUELAGUETZA party and my visit was phenomenal, a hotel close to everything and the area is super safe... Oaxaca in 2023 will return to its streets, its flavors, colors, everything is good... just one recommendation if you visit the Zócalo area, be suspicious if you walk around with backpacks on your back... they opened a friend's backpack and took her purse, in fact they walk around in soft clothes and push you to mislead you.
