This hotel was top notch. The concierge Andrea Leon Leunig was wonderful! I was in contact with her prior to the trip to schedule a driver and when I finally met her, she was as helpful, accommodating and gracious as she was over email. The driver was even amazing because he was so charming and helpful! Their spa was fabulous. I loved it so much that I went 2 days in a row and honestly would have if I stayed longer. Haydee Cortes was absolutely phenomenal and highly recommend to make an appointment with her for any body treatments. She was extremely professional and a true master of her craft. I will recommend this hotel to friends and will for sure come back and stay there.

A decent hotel, ten minutes walk from the old city center cathedral and botanical garden, not too far or near. There was a tour in the hotel for travel registration, and it turned out that we charged 750 pesos per person, and transferred it to a group of 500 people the next day... The windows in the room could not be opened, and it was a bit stuffy and had to turn on the air conditioner. The room environment can refer to the domestic Han court level.

A day trip around Oaxaca can ask the hotel to help with taxis, 250 pesos per hour. Although the price is slightly more expensive, the comfort level and convenience are much better than the local day trips. Also about the taxi to the airport, the asking price is also 250, I feel a little expensive, please ask the hotel front desk to help cut the price of 200. The hotel has a small variety of breakfast, only toast, muffin, fruit plate, jam, juice, coffee and tea, but the taste is very good, if it is not enough, you can pay for it. Although the hotel is not as luxurious as a five-star hotel, the service is very thoughtful and fills in the journey.

The hotel is beautifully designed with modern, comfortable, high-ceilinged rooms and ours that opened onto a sunny patio and lounge area, perfect for afternoon coffee/tea or just hanging out. A roof-top bar with awesome cocktails (hibiscus and mezcal cocktail was our favorite) and excellent food. The staff are very warm and helpful. Most importantly, the front desk helped us organize several guided tours which were the highlight of our stay. Their recommendations on where to go, what to see and where to eat and taste mezcal were eye-opening and exhilarating. Also, they connected us with a very knowledgable guide who took us not only to the main historical sites but also to local markets and helped us access the incredible flavors of Oaxaca cuisine. We can’t wait to return!
