The room was pretty good but they gave only one bottle of water, so we had to buy more from the market. When we were checking in they gave us the wrong room so we had to say that we booked another. They are not changing the sheets. Food was horrible, nothing to choose from. For the wifi we had to pay. We paid for a wifi and it was not working anywhere. The beach has rocks, you can swim only near the bridge there are also rock on the ground. The hallway to the beach was very bad. Beach was rocks and sand mixed. Juice, water alcohol very bad. No free ice cream. No fume parties. People working in the reception are the worst, they talk behind your back, sit without smile, don’t understand russian, only a little. People were complaining about the wifi and they were just saying, “um we can’t do anything, we don’t know, we can’t give you a refund” no information, nothing. Pool water slides was working only a few hours, they said slide will work from 3 until 5 but it was working only from 3:25pm until 4:50pm. Worst vacation, don’t ever choose this hotel.

We stayed 4 nights New remond, new personel and they renoved hotel this year. Very nice animation team. Very nice location. Front of the sea. Good price . I offer everyone who goes to alanya center. And they said that changed all concept . You can choose this hotel. We like that .

The worst hotel in my life. Since the very first day at this hotel nothing good has happened. The best place for getting a disease because even a public toilet is much cleaner than rooms in this hotel, from perspective of hotel owners a room cleaning is a process when staff going in and going out a room without doing some additional actions. Every item in the room was so dirty: blankets, mirrors etc. Even when we were absent for two whole days nobody cleaned up our room. A variety of food is quite limited but it’s not a problem, the problem is a temperature of food, everything was cold despite of meal supposed to be warm. Beach chairs were too dirty, I saw the beach chair with pieces of excrement on it and nobody cleaned it. That’s all that’s the point how this hotel cares about you. I can’t recommend this hotel to somebody, zero stars rate. Save your money and spend your vacation on the beach under open sky it definitely will be better.
