White Gold Hotel & Spa

Went there at the end of July and checked out on August 4th 2024. The trip was my son & Family (wife & 2 young kids. 7 & 5) Daughter & Husband and a 18 month Baby plus myself & Wife. The only slightly positive I can offer is the SPA. That was excellent. All else fails. Rooms very small for a 5 STAR hotel. The staff were EXTREMLY rude and very poor in English. Food was absolute crap. Turkey steaks, Turkey stew & Turkey kebabs in the same meal. The vegetarian choice was the same salads everyday and other food was cross contaminated with same serving cutlery in crossed dishes. Kids club was next to non existent except for one day when it was good. A personal let down for me was having to have a glass of wine with my meal in a plastic glass. I could go on all night but I think I will stop here. I blame the UK travel agent BLUESEA HOLIDAYS who misled us and made a lot of promises which were not kept. Lastly the hotel was around 2 hours & fifteen minutes drive from Antalya Airport.

We liked the hotel very much. The rooms are clean, the pool is sufficient. The Iskele beach side is our favorite. The food, especially the desserts, are very good. We would like to thank the animation team and Ms. Busra from the team for the morning exercise.

Very good massage from Burul in hotel spa centre, the whole experience was very pleasand, massages were on par. Hotel is good, food is decent, we will surely come back. Staff is very friendly, animation team is awesome, i recommend it, and we will definetly come back. Valdas

My Turkish massage was amazing, thanks to Asel it was great. My skin is very soft and I feel really good. Very nice time, all staff very nice and helpful. The atmosphere very calm. I recommend it to everyone. During the process you will get water, tea and fruit.

I recommended spa in this hotel. All team personel is professional. The Best masseuses That i recommend are Arnati and Asel. The massage treatment The performed on me Was hammam. I felt very relaxed after that. I felt comfortable and confident during The meeting

Have stayed in Antalya before and had an amazing stay. This time booked The White Gold Hotel in Analya and have been here for 2 days so far and want to get out of here today. Unfortunately booked here for another 5 days. We booked an ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE for 7 adults (myself, wife, son & family, daughter and family). Booked it on very high recommendation of Blue Sea Travel in London. When we got here at 11.20pm took us 40 mins to get checked in and get the bags to my room as only 1 person to handle baggage. Wanted to use the digital electronic safe in our room which is the same as all hotel safes and we were charged euros 2 per day so had to pay 16.00 euros for the safe. Wi-fi is available through the hotel but very weak unless you are in the lobby. Had to go to reception 4 times to ask for an Iron and ironing board as they didn’t understand me on the phone. Reception said there is a 2 euro charge for an iron after I kicked up a major fuss he said I can take it without paying. Being all inclusive you expect all soft drinks and non alcoholic cocktails to be free but they charge 10.00 euros for a non alcoholic cocktail. If you want a fresh orange juice it’s 3 euros. They have a fridge in the room but nothing in it. If you call reception a few times you will get 2 or 3 bottles of water. Only 1 Resturant in the hotel which serves a buffet all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is generally rude, inattentive, whilst I do not expect them to go above and beyond, surely requesting for fresh milk for an 18 month old is not too much to ask for. Whilst this hotel claims to be 5 STAR I would rate it based on my stays in everything from a 2 star to amazing 5 star hotels as between 2.5 and 3 star tops. I have another 5 nights and feel I will regret being here for the rest on my stay as will my family.
