We had been there before but it was in a terrible state, the staff was inadequate, we had stomach problems during the holiday when we came home and we are still trying to get better, the food was terrible, we ate outside most of the time, we could only eat cakes and donuts, the drinks were terrible, even the colas were non-acidic, they cut down on everything everywhere, the pool was covered in seaweed, I couldn't see my favorite, it is impossible to understand what the manager does, but it could be an alternative for the weakest Russian customers, in short, for me that hotel is finished.

I would say it is a value for money hotel, but at least the cleanliness and facilities are not suitable for an all-inclusive hotel.

Loveholidays falsely advertise it as a 4* hotel, unfortunately, we did not read the reviews. We ended up checking out on the same day that we checked in and checked in another hotel nearby to save our holiday. I have made multiple attempts to solve with Loveholidays and hotel but 3 weeks in and the response is that I get no refund for my hotel booking although I’ve only been in the hotel for a few hours. Loveholidays offered no support or care. The Hotel: The reception was unwelcoming, with dirty walls and very old furniture. Our room was in a different building, a building that you need to cross a road to get to and completely separated from the hotel. The entrance to this building looked like a very old council block of flats with the entry door having the glass broken. The electrical cables from lights were out, with lights missing. The hallway was dark, dirty, and smelly, we took a lift that seems not to have been updated since the 80s. The hotel room was a nightmare: • Paperwall was peeling off, • no toilet paper and toilet was dirty inside with dark water inside. • Two televisions and none of them was working, the remote control was yellow from age on what was supposed to be a white remote, had no back and batteries were next to remote. • The fridge was broken, dirty, had no power coming in and the shelf was broken down on the side. • Dirty floor, dirty everywhere and the smell was horrible. • The air conditioning was not working in one room and the one that was working was not cooling much. • The entire furniture was extremely old and falling apart, the chair was covered in scratches and had holes in it. • In the bathroom there was a towel rail and when my son wanted to hang the towel the rail fall on his foot. We then went around to check the hotel and lights went off in the lift when we went down and a second time the lift got stuck with us in it for a minute. The swimming pool was in a bad state there was a pool bar that had on the side a lot of rubbish and broken chairs, broken furniture. Next to the bar was a room and while door was open you can see so much rubbish and broken chairs inside. On the hallway there were electrical cables sticking out everywhere with missing lights and wallpaper coming out everywhere. The walls had stains which look like water flooding took place there. We only checked the restaurant at breakfast time: There were very few cold food options, there was not smelling of food at all so it felt that is only leftovers. We ended up leaving outside and eating breakfast to a nearby restaurant.

Check-In Issues and Room Problems Upon arrival at the hotel, we faced immediate check-in issues. The room initially assigned to us had malfunctioning door and we had to be relocated to another room which the lights didn't work. This was just the beginning of a series of unfortunate events during our stay. Dining Disappointments The dining experience was below expectations. The food was flavorless, resembling cardboard, with a noticeable lack of variety. Even basic breakfast items like cereal were available without bowls or milk. After voicing our dissatisfaction, the hotel offered chips and chicken nuggets for breakfast, which was far from a satisfactory solution. Additionally, I experienced several days of diarrhea after consuming the hotel's food, which resolved once I began dining elsewhere. Limited Amenities and Services The hotel amenities were severely lacking. The pool bar and snack bar were closed, and there was an absence of ice cream and diverse drink options. Furthermore, glassware was replaced with plastic cups, which diminished the experience. It felt as though the hotel was gradually shutting down. Tables and chairs were removed, giving the impression that they were eager for guests to leave. WiFi and Entertainment Shortcomings The WiFi service, which we had paid for, stopped working, and despite being told it was a technical issue, the router was visibly unplugged. The children’s club was not operating, and there were no evening entertainment or daytime activities available. The pool slides were not functional due to technical and staffing issues, and there was no seating around the pool for guests to use. Unresponsive Management Despite numerous complaints to the hotel manager, there was no resolution to any of the issues. In the last two days of our stay, even fewer facilities were available, and the WiFi service was completely turned off, despite having paid for it. Overall, the experience was far from what was expected, with a significant decline in services and amenities that one would anticipate from a hotel stay. I would recommend considering alternative accommodations for a more enjoyable and fulfilling holiday experience.

Excellent hotel, great food, great stuff, nice beach and swimming pools. For the price paid, more than sattisfied. Thank You!!!! The only thing i did not like are some guests of this hotel from the former SSSR, such a stupid way of having fun there:( It is obvious that they had such a terrible and poor history behind theirselves. It is obvious that they were starving, since they had filled their plates with bounch of food and of course they could not had eaten it:).Disgusting, inded. Also , we had met some extremely nice people from Macedonia and Germany:) With love....

I wouldn’t even rate it a 1,it was the worst place I’ve ever been, and I’ve been to some horrible places!!!! Arrived at 2am tied hot and was told we could upgrade our room if we wanted? (Hadn’t seen any rooms yet!) asked to see room we had booked wich we knew was an economy room,he proceeded to take us over the road to another building!! These are economy rooms but were definitely not the pictures we had seen! It was like a hostel,so yes we will upgrade ,£100 each couple Oh my god the upgraded rooms in the main building were worse!!!! Didn’t even stay the night,we were booked in for 10 nights,no way were we sleeping there,it was filthy!!!! Holes in doors, holes in wall,no lights working in rooms I could go on and on just awful, people were vomiting In the corridor!!! All for having a drink on holiday but we were only there for 6 hours, and saw 3 people vomiting!!!!! What a place, please avoid at all costs I would hate anyone to waste their money like we did!!!
