Very good hotel in relation to price quality...breakfast with very complete fruits. I didn't hear noises at night and the room was fine. Good treatment from the staff. I recommend it... We went in February. Bagu is a chain you can trust...I went to three.

We went to duplex 7, very little maintenance, stained walls, we found 2 dead cockroaches. A shame, nice hotel but little maintenance. To highlight the new terrace and good service from the boys. If they would give the walls a coat of paint or a cleaning and some renovation it would be nice

The best breakfast: varied with natural fruit salad and delicious. The breakfast girls are very friendly. At the reception the attention is correct. Has parking. The room that faces the street is super noisy!!! They are currently doing renovations, so from 7 am you hear hammering, which they should notify when staying.

The good: the breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff were very friendly as well as the night receptionist. The pool area is very nice. The mattress, very comfortable. The not so good: the room with the jacuzzi, huge, empty and in need of an update. In the bathroom, the trash can had remains from previous guests and there was no toilet paper. I personally complained to the afternoon receptionist and we went out to dinner. When they returned, they had not brought it. I had to complain again. That's when his replacement for the night took care of it personally and was very kind.

2 star standard hotel (no more than that). Very helpful staff, but the structure of the hotel is very shabby, the photos are very deceiving. Rooms smell musty, to the point where staff offer a "tour" of several rooms so you can choose one you like. Very poor breakfast too.

On our motorcycle trip through Argentina, we stayed at Azul twice. I really liked the hotel's infrastructure and service. 2 good swimming pools, restaurant next to it and free parking. Average but good breakfast. Good service. Wifi worked well in the rooms. Easy to find and reasonably close to the center (not so much for walking, due to the steep climbs).
