We stayed here for two nights as part of a Passion Play package. The guest-house is ideally located, just a short walk from the town with its restaurants and theatre, and from the station if, like we did, you arrive by train and bus. The Huber family have long been very involved with the Passion Play and there are lots of books and press cuttings in the lounge to look at. There was a photo of the eponymous Otto Huber in this year’s play, but unfortunately we did not get to meet him as he was in hospital, but lots of other family members were on duty. The honesty box system for making tea and coffee was much appreciated and, after the performance, a tot of rum for 1.50 was most welcome. A lovely place to stay.

I stayed here for 2 nights to see the Passion Plays. The location is excellent, just 10 minute walk from the theatre and town centre.it’s family run, and everyone is really helpful. Breakfast is good, plenty of choice.the rooms are small but have everything you could need for a short stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

I stayed overnight at Otto Huber following the Passion Play. The room was clean, comfortable and the welcome friendly, despite the pressure of another group arriving soon afterwards. The breakfast choice was not as wide as in bigger places but still very good.

Hôtel très bien situé, nombreux restaurants à proximité, dans un village pittoresque aux façades peintes. M.Huber, s'il nest plus présent aux petits déjeuners, comme lu dans un commentaire précédent, nous a accueillis dans un français parfait et avec une bonne humeur communicative. Bon petit-déjeuner. Chambre avec balcon fonctionnelle. Seul bémol : impossible de s'appuyer à la tête de lit pour lire ou pianoter son téléphone, la place est prise par une lampe.

Nicht ganz mitten im Dorf (weniger als 5 Gehminuten), dafür äusserst ruhig und mit Parkplätzen und einem Garten. Ich hatte ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss auf der Strassenseite mit kleiner Terasse und habe so unglaublich ruhig geschlafen! Es war wirklich nichts zu hören! Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer sind äusserst sauber und komfortabel, wenn auch einfach eingerichtet, man hat jedoch alles, was nötig ist. Frühstück ist frisch, reichhaltig und gut, Brot, Käse, Schinken, Joghurt, Müsli, Kaffee und Saft. Das Haus ist im Familienbesitz und die ganze Familie macht mit, damit dem Gast nichts fehlt. Vielen DANK!!

Zum Besuch der Passionsspiele habe ich eine Nacht hier verbracht. Alle Mitarbeitende (Familienmitglieder) sind super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was es braucht. Frühstück ist der Kategorie entsprechend prima. Und ein schöner Garten gehört auch noch dazu.
