Disappointing Stay with Poor Service at Premium Prices
Pros:
- None worth mentioning
Cons:
- Front desk staff extremely rude and unprofessional
- Long waiting times (almost an hours) for basic amenities
- Multiple calls needed for simple requests like blanket and oxygen water refills
- Basic items (water, tissue paper) not restocked
- Room has bad odor
- Inconvenient location, far from attractions
- Poor value for money considering the premium rates
Not recommended for any type of traveler. The service issues start at the front desk and continue throughout every aspect of the stay. Basic requests require multiple follow-ups and hours of waiting. What makes this experience particularly unacceptable is that this is marketed as a premium hotel with high rates 4 stars here. The location adds to the inconvenience, being far from main attractions. Save your money and choose another hotel where basic customer service and amenities are properly provided.
Would not stay here again.

We had a delightful family stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and the room was spacious and immaculate. The breakfast was good too. Especially we would like to say thank you to Vladimir, who show special care and hospitality to us. A memorable experience for our family.

Advantages: The room is large, with all kinds of cooking facilities and tableware (although many people may not use them), and the English front desk service is very good. Although the hotel is far from the city, the surrounding facilities are perfect. It is close to supermarkets, McDonald's, bus stations, and gas stations. It takes only more than ten minutes to get to the city by bus. This is very cost-effective.
Disadvantages: My big bed is made of two small beds. The seam in the middle can't sleep people, and in fact only half of it can sleep. The details of room hygiene are omitted (the bathroom hygiene is fine), which may be due to the high pressure during the hottest tourist season of the year. The room only has one radiator in the bathroom. Although the heat dissipation is large enough to barely heat the whole house, it is still better to have more comfort. The air conditioner inexplicably only has cold air, and it blows towards the head of the bed. It gave me a headache on the first night, so I turned it off directly
