The place to stay. Ein idealer Ort, um einen erholsamen und mit kulinarischen Höhepunkten gespickten Kurzurlaub zu genießen. Hervorzuheben sind das unaufgeregte und freundliche Personal, ein vorbildliches Frühstück, das sich bewusst von den üblichen Hotelangeboten abhebt, ein toller Aussenpool sowie ein hervorragendes Abendmenü auf Sterneniveau.

A small Hotel in a residential area but not far from the center. We had a "strange" room, number 12 3/4 instead of 13. No bad luck ! It's on the ground-floor with a terrace a few steps away from the pool and beside the spa. The room is the category "design comfort room ", nice bathroom with a rainshower, double sinks and a toilet with sliding door. The bathroom itself is open to the room. The room is rather warm, if you are used to sleep in a cold room, not perfect. A garden und 2 Restaurants add to the comfort.

Wie immer ist das Freiberg unsere erste Wahl, wenn es um einen Aufenthalt in Oberstdorf geht. Das familiengeführte Hotel lebt Gastfreundschaft bis in die kleinsten Details hinein. Hervorzuheben ist die Kulinarik mit zwei Restaurants im Haus. Der Seniorchef betreibt außerhalb noch das Alte Königliche Jagdhaus und kocht regional und traditionell auf höchstem Niveau. Sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage mit erstklassigen und nachhaltigen Serviceleistungen. Das superfreundliche Team um "Ihre" Chefin verwöhnen jeden Gast mit viel Liebe und Esprit - das Essen- und Weinangebot erinnern an Michelin Sterne. Vielen Dank.

Man spürt in jeder Pore die Herzlichkeit dieses Familienbetriebes. Tolle Zimmer, sehr erholsamer Spa-Bereich, sensationelles Essen und – vor allem – eine sehr harmonische Atmosphäre unter den Mitarbeitern des Hotels. Der Juniorchef hat vor dem leckeren Xmas-Menü die gesamte Belegschaft (inkl. der Küche) ins Foyer gerufen und jede/n Einzelne/n mit Namen vorgestellt und ihnen seinen Dank fürs vergangene Jahr gezollt. Das Freiberg ist ein einfach nur wundervolles Hotel. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an wohl und herzlich willkommen. Wir sind vor 12 Uhr angekommen und konnten gleich noch auf der Terrasse in der Sonne frühstücken. Die Zimmer sind sehr stylisch mit bequemen Betten, hochwertiger Bettwäsche und sehr guten Pflegeprodukten im Bad. Überhaupt sind alle Räume des Hotels sehr geschmackvoll, besonders der Barbereich und die verschiedenen Räume des Restaurants. Das Abendessen sollte man sich auch keinesfalls entgehen lassen. Die Küche ist im Restaurant Maxi im Haus und im dazugehörigen Jagdhof außerordentlich gut und der Preis für die angebotene Halbpension unschlagbar. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, dass wir gleich für das nächste Wochenende wieder gebucht haben. Vielen Dank für die schöne Tage!

Das Hotel ist unglaublich schön und das Personal durchweg besonders aufmerksam und freundlich. Traumhafter Blick aus dem wunderbaren Zimmer. Der Spa ist sehr gut ausgestattet- das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen.wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Unser Lieblings hotel in Oberstdorf. Klein aber fein und aufrichtig familiär. Gleich drei restaurants wobei das Fetzwerk unser Favorit ist, weil es eine willkommene Abwechslung von deftigen bayerischen essen bietet. Die Zimmer sind schick, durchdacht und komfortabel. Der Service in allen Belangen vorbildlich. Der Wellnessbereich etwas klein, aber für uns völlig ausreichend.

Das Haus hat eine sehr besondere Ausstrahlung mit absolutem Wohlfühlcharakter. Wer gutes Essen zu schätzen weiß ist hier genau richtig. Die Angebotspakete die das Haus anbietet sind einfach nur toll und lassen das Herz höher schlagen. Auch ein kurzer Aufenthalt hat einen sehr hohen Erholungswert.
