The fried food was fried rockfish with black vinegar sauce, and since most of the rockfish were eaten grilled whole, it was unique and delicious because you could eat it from the head on. The one I had was grilled chicken on a ceramic plate with Shinshu miso, and it was a combination of sweet and salty miso and butter. The most expensive local sake was 890 yen (300cc), which I was happy about. The local sake from Obuse was delicious. The person in charge of the restaurant had very good customer service. We also had breakfast in a private room. The rice was delicious and the quantity was good, and we were served coffee at the end. It was an accommodation with good hot springs, a spectacular view of the mountains, delicious food, and good hospitality.
