"The hot springs were interesting because the color of the hot water was different at night and in the morning. It was a good hot water. The room was quiet and calm with no outside sound. The food was very attentive to the serving, and it was pleasant and delicious at night and in the morning. I would like to stop by when I go there again."

"The location is very good because it is next to the interchange if it is a car. There is also a large ion that has just opened, so you don't have to worry about food. However, although it can be seen next to it, shopping is far from sober to Aeon on foot. The room is beautiful, but the fluorescent lights on the ceiling and the lights next to the bed are not like hotels. The couch of the synthetic skin placed in the corner is also rubbed and noisy every time I sit down. The TV is too big for the size of the room and it is difficult to see. The smell of dove comes up from the drain around the water and it smells great if the ventilation fan does not turn. There are some unpleasant parts such as towels torn and linens smell like rags. The staff are generally good, but the young staff seem to be struggling with how to use honorific words. The bath is a hot spring, but it is a pity that it smells chlorine because it is circulating, but the cleaning was well done."

"Good hotel at a really decent price point, the only thing is the location there is nothing much to do in Nakano itself but it is very close to the train station, and I think a lot of people staying there had cars. They have different style rooms, the first room I stayed in had a coffee table which I couldn't use for computer work, but then moved to a different room later which had a proper work table which was much better. Also has an onsen which was also nice. Breakfast buffet quite decent, would just request that more vegan options be available."

"Great no frill hotel with clean and functional room for a comfortable night. The location is good if you are driving and many restaurants and supermarkets are all within 10 drive away. This location is also good for driving out to the various ski resort in Nagano."
