What an attitude the houseman had! Do not disturb sign is out on the door in the afternoon because I would like to catch up on some sleep, woke for loud talking. Went outside to ask them to please take it somewhere else, and he had the attitude to tell me off that he was working there! Hope outside construction will end soon & they will look welcoming Room, hallway is nicely renovated. Room set up in a minimalist style. Comfortable mattress, big refrigerator, ok air conditioner - noisy. No coffee maker - fresh coffee in the lobby - wasn’t a problem for me, just letting you know. Walk in shower with products, newly tiled. New sink & faucet, light up mirror. No closet just little cubby spaces to put things away. -stayed 3 nights, traveled lightly. Worked out great! Slept really good, hardly could hear the highway noise! Would have given 5* if don’t have to encounter that full of attitude houseman.

We evacuated to the Ocala Hilton during Milton. The staff at the Hilton was AMAZING!! They accommodated all evacuees and their pets and made us all feel welcome. The rooms were clean, the food was very good and they even set up an indoor pet relief area!! This Hilton is a class act and the chain should give special commendation to its staff. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay during such a stressful time.

Location was good, close to where I needed to be. Hotel was nice, no funky smells. I don't know whose bright idea it was to install rubber floor tile, but they missed the mark by a mile. And if it's NOT rubber, they are REALLY bad! Those type of floors NEED attention at LEAST once a week, if not more. My floor was sticky with God only knows what. I had knocked over a cup of water, and obviously, got a towel to wipe it up. The towel looked like I had wiped up the parking lot!! NASTY!! It had been quite a while since anyone hit it with a mop. Told them at the desk and got the usual glazed-over stare, TWICE! It IS 2024, maybe my expectations are too high? I would probably stay again, but in my travels there, I found 8 other motels that were just as close, if not closer to where I was going. Probably cheaper too. Oh yea, and any room on the south side of the building, bring ear plugs!! SUPER noisy, traffic starts about 0430.

I traveled to ocala for a family reunion and I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are clean and the new breakfast is awesome! Biscuits and gravy and sausage. I always visit around this time of year and will keep coming back. Emily the manager is such a sweet person and very helpful I felt that she genuinely cared about my stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Was hesitant to book this hotel because the overall rating was less than 4.0. Not sure why. It was a 5 for my husband and me. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The lobby area nice and inviting. The EXCEPTIONAL feature was the staff. Everyone of them was so nice and super friendly, I smiled and laughed. Great stop for us. Will definitely stay here again.

This is my second stay. This time was so much better. Rooms have been remodeled. Landscaping is beautiful. We met the new GM and he was so nice to our family. This is my new place to stay anytime I am in Ocala. Very nice pool area. Every employee we came across was so nice.

This is a modern hotel (4/5 years old) set within a historic downtown environment. We chose it so that we could park the car and just walk everywhere. Lots of dining & drinking options nearby. The Saturday morning market is about two blocks away. The front desk staff are efficient. The hotel layout is a little strange. The entire ground floor was meant to be sublet to various businesses but as yet none has been taken. Reception is therefore on the floor above - as is a nice terrace bar with a view of the town square and the sunset if you are lucky. There is no pool but a good gym. There is no valet parking that I can see but a limited number of paid spaces directly outside the hotel entrance. Most of the hotel parking is in a public car park that the municipality built just across the road. $10 plus fee for 24 hours. All the other parking nearby does not allow overnight parking- although it is free durothe day at weekends. We didn’t eat here so I can’t comment on the food. Harry’s right across the road is very good! No reservations. There is traffic noise, into the night on weekends. Earplugs are supplied! The room we had (a king) was beautifully appointed, lots of space, plenty of storage, great shower, comfy bed & nice bedding.

Hotel was very clean, quiet, close to shops and restaurants and had everything we needed. Nice complimentary breakfast. We did not need housekeeping during our 2 night stay as everything was well stocked. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff, especially Kim, who was so helpful and made some changes to better accommodate our family. Highly recommend!

I lived in Ocala for over a year; however, a new opportunity arose across the country that required me to relocate myself and everything from my apartment. I stayed here for one night because my apartment was packed into a moving pod, and I would start my drive the following day. The hotel is situated right off of I-75 with many other hotels from all different brands, as well as a good deal of restaurants within a short drive of the hotel and two within the hotel itself. My check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk agent was polite and helpful. I took the elevator to the fifth floor and found my room, which was nestled into a corner away from the open hallway floorplan. I stayed in a standard king room. The rooms are all painted mint green with a tropical theme, which is tacky but gets the job done. The housekeeping did an excellent job here; my entire room was spotless. I would recommend that anyone in need of lodging in Ocala stay here, as I understand there are many different options, and this one will surely not disappoint!
