When we walked in the hotel there was a bug on the floor in the bathroom it was a hole in the bathroom ceiling the floors was dirty the coffee machine did not work you had to get coffee at the front desk. The towels look like rags that you don't use on your body the ice machine was very dirty the housekeeper was washing her hands in the ice machine. And the handicap lift machine at the pool did not work and there is no staff at night and the TV went out and we tried to get some compensation cuz we didn't have no TV for a whole day and the manager said she was not going to compensate us for none of the stuff that was wrong at the hotel and she told us just leave the hotel and she left us standing in the lobby and didn't give us a receipt told us the lifted work but she couldn't prove to us that the handicap pool lift work she was very rude it was one of the nastiest motels that I have ever stayed in I know a lot of want to go to Ocean City but be careful staying at the Kings Arms motel in Ocean City it should be closed.

TV wifi wasn't working, housekeeper was washing her hands in the ice machine and also I wouldn't use the ice from that machine it was dirty, I am disabled and the handicap lift wasn't working at the pool it was so rusted and I tried to talk to the manager about the complaints and she was very rude and she stated why don't you just leave. Never apologized for none of the issues. I ask to speak to someone over her head and she said that she couldn't contact the person. That was the worst experience at motel or hotel that I ever had in my life.

Stayed in kings arms this weekend, they need a major renovation. Disgusting bathroom, the faucet is coming out of the wall, cracked toilet sit, didn't even want to touch the bathroom door, it was sticky, the soapholder was broken... dispite all that, it was clean, beds are comfortable and good location, close the the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants....

My mom and I went to the Kings Arms for a quick and last minute weekend trip to OCMD. We booked the Kings Arms with extremely low expectations, however we're pleasantly surprised on service and condition of our room. All staff was kind and very accommodating. Our room was very clean and the air conditioning worked very well. Bedrooms were recently renovated, however bathrooms are still old school and in the process of being renovated. Wonderful location in OCMD in walking distance to many activities. We could not be happier with our stay and would love to stay again for another weekend trip on a budget!
