"Very advanced homestay, fully self-service, there is a phone on the door when you arrive late, instructing you how to open the door with the code lock, the shared living room and kitchen are very large, breakfast is also self-service, milk and drinks are available in the refrigerator, two slices of prepared bread are toasted and eaten, washing dishes while looking at the swimming pool outside the window, it feels a bit like home. There are billiards and chess and cards to play, the yard is also exquisite and beautiful, very close to the beach, a very good choice"

"On arrival very friendly and informative, room service was fast and delicious, comfy bed very clean throughout with nice outdoor view on balcony.
On leaving great service when handing in.key asking how was everything and if they could do anymore.
Joondalup resort Thankyou and will in future do repeat business and recommend to friends, family and colleagues. :)"

"Everything else is quite satisfactory. The only negative comment is that there are several shoe prints on the bed sheets and duvet covers, which are just for guests. Is it difficult for such an expensive hotel to provide clean bedding? Hygiene should be the most important evaluation point for a hotel. When I found out, I wanted to ask a staff member to replace it, but they all got off work.

"I booked online and when arriving we found we were on the first floor with no lift! I had my elderly Mother that was unable to get herself up the stairs. The service was impeccable and they changed our room straight away to ground. We could not fault the services, cleanliness and facilities. The cafe before leaving was perfect for us to enjoy before traveling back to our home. Thank you. "

"Beautiful hotel, lovely room with huge comfy bed and amazing views! wicked location, lovely breakfast buffet services all though we felt these were expensive. A buffet is great but you realistically only ever eat a normal amount so did it once as a treat but not overall worth the money.
We had no prior warning that the swimming pool/outside areas were being renovated so that was disappointing but with the beach right on your doorstep, not a huge issue for us but families may have found this challenging.
Wicked location, right in the heart of Scarborough with great selection of restaurants and bars around, supermarket and bus stops right outside."
