Less than a mile from the water, Southern Exposure is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district.  This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography of the Gulf Coast. Southern Exposure is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family.  Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Southern Exposure features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed.  In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed, with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds.  The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling. ***There is a fully enclosed backyard for those bringing furry friends for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bring a pet when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking*** ***There should be no more than six people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.*** The carport has been made into a seating area to relax and cook out on a charcoal grill, and there is additional seating in the front of the home to relax and take in the Gulf Coast breezes. Ocean Springs is a golf cart-friendly town, and we provide a four-seat electric golf cart for our guests to use to go to the beach and downtown at no additional cost. There is a tennis court nearby that can be used free of charge, just bring your own gear. While at Southern Exposure you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of the quaint historic town of Ocean Springs.
