Hotels with Breakfast in Odate

It's a stable route-in for business use. There is no problem with the water pressure and temperature of the shower. It is an old type adjustment with hot water and water. However, as I learned later, I was able to make a reservation about 1000 yen cheaper when making a reservation via another site. .. .. Sorry. It's not that root-in is bad.

The hotel is traditional and distinctive, the environment is quiet and beautiful, the hot springs are very good, there are many family styles to make free reservations, the room is spacious and clean, breakfast and dinner are rich and delicious, I will definitely stay again next time.

The room is really small and the location is pretty good. It should be a local custom area. You don't have to worry about eating and drinking. The hotel staff are quite polite. The breakfast is average and you won't be full.

There was a fireworks festival and I used it. I think it's good to see it in the room depending on the location of the room I don't think the number of breakfast items is so large, but there were many handmade dishes and it was a long time delicious

Parking spaces are less than teaching, but they can be parked on the roadside inside the hotel. There is a large bath on the side of the lobby that can be soaked to relieve fatigue. The service staff is also very nice

We stayed two nights. It was a great experience. Room itself is good, bed is comfortable. Got onsen and free half portion of ramen and rice after 7:30pm, which is a bonus. Ramen is delicious. However, service for a part-time staff (a girl) was bad! This is the first time we experienced such bad service in Japan. First, her greeting was mean and rude, with no smile on her face and kind of ignoring the customer. Second, after we got the room key and get ready to take the elevator, we didn't know the way. She just kept ignoring us which a normal staff would show you the way to the elevator right after finished check-in. Lastly, after we entered into the room, we found out that the toilet seat was loosen. So we went down to the lobby to tell her about these. She was so unhelpful that she did not even want to come up to our room to see what happen, but just tild us to use the toilet in the lobby instead! At the end, luckily there was another senior full time staff just on duty, we told him about this, and he immediately went up to our room to see what happen. Will give this senior staff a 5 star. So other than that part-time staff (girl), all were pretty good.

This is a public bath frequented by locals with accommodation. People come and go, so not lively. Health is definitely stronger than domestic, but as a short-term traveler, this kind of accommodation is not recommended. Good aspects: you can experience the customs and habits of locals, and the service staff is enthusiastic; Weak aspects: 1. It is far from the Daguan Railway Station, drag the suitcase for a minute, and return to the hotel at night. There is no street light on the whole street; 2. The old-fashioned room that has not been renovated in the later period, of course, the accommodation conditions should not be reluctant; 3. Breakfast can be full, others will be different. 😜

Hotel is pretty far away from Odate Station about 30 mins by foot. There are buses from the Station to the Hotel if you do not want to walk. Overall the price is reasonable and it is a decent hotel to stay in Odate.

Hotel room is clean and comfortable. They even give one free entrance to the onsen next door. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Only shortcoming is it is located next to a railway crossing and sound proofing is not perfect. So be prepared to be awaken at 2am in the morning due to train crossing.

This very homestay style accommodation started some 48 years ago by the grandma. Two of her daugthers, Kaori and Katura now runs this cosy place with about 10 rooms. The stars are the two Akita inu, Haru-chan (father), 7 years old. And his daughter, Hana-chan (6 years old). it will take some time to warm up with them, similar to Shiba inu. We got to spend sometime with both of them during our stay, including giving them some treats, watched Haru-chan drinks ice cream with ice (it was a hot day). Chatted with Kaori and grandma to find out more about them. We had dinner and breakfast which was home cooked style. It has been a pleasant stay. Very friendly and down to earth family. This is highly recommended if you are into Akita Inu and enjoy homestay.
