We enjoyed our stay at this former farm, with immaculate updates and property. A great pool, accessible for adults and children alike. A wonderful breakfast with a choice of eating indoors or outside. The location is good for hikers (or anyone) wanting close access to the coastal trail or Odeceixe beach. My only caution would be to map out a route home if you go out for dinner as google maps doesn’t know the roads from here are single lane, one-way.

We do not have enough words to reccommend Monte João Roupeiro. Everything is fabulous there: breakfast, pool, bedrooms, gardens and so on... The property is very clean and organized. A great thank you to the owners. For sure we will come back Carlos Capaz

It was one of the best agricultural tourism where we stayed and we always chose this places. The breakfast is really decent, with quality food, and homemade cake. It was fantastic! We immediately felt like home in our super cozy apartment, and we enjoyed the tennis as well. Loved every minute there! Wanna go back anytime! Thank you!

This is like an Oasis in the middle of fields. I arrived at night, so my first glimpse of the place, waking up to birdsong, was through double doors which opened out onto the gardens to a pool. Wonderful! Waiting for me was the unbelievable breakfast. From all kinds of freshly cut fruit to pancakes, so many local cheeses,cold meats, scrambled eggs, warm bread and fresh orange juice. The service was warm and friendly. The owner Lourdes is attentive and kind, most professional. She has thought of everything. Don't miss this one.

Honestly this place exceeded our expectations. It’s cozy and calm. The room was nice and clean. We visited it in November and the rooms are properly heated. The breakfast was tasty, especially the pancakes! There is tennis court and nice garden to explore. There is also a good pool, but it was already a bit too cold outside for us. We wish we stayed more than one night!

Great quiet place to stay near Costa Vicentina with super service on a large domain. We stayed in a separate house with two bedrooms. It has decent sized bedrooms, a very clean bathroom and living room with kitchenette. Breakfast is served in the main house, overlooking the beautiful garden with pool. Everything here is just perfect. As it's located in the country side I do think you need a car to get there, and also restaurants are a few km away. The area is nice for walks, especially the Fisherman's trail and the Rota Vicentina circular walk 14 - Odeceixe to the Sea which passes close to the property.

It's a spectacular place. The people are very friendly and attentive. It has a lake for canoeing, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of countryside to walk around. There are beautiful beaches nearby. I recommend.

We loved everything: the accommodation, the beautiful garden with swimming pool, the friendly staff and the amazing breakfast - even when we were the only guests. And we especially enjoyed the fact that all the rooms had working radiators, which is very rare in Portugal. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend a stay.
