First room had air conditioner that did not work. Packed up all of our stuff and moved to another room. Both rooms were hot and stuffy upon entering. The second room was 23° and we set the temperature to 20 and left for a couple hours. We came back and it was 27°. The breakfast is terrible. There are a lot of options, but nothing is fresh. It may be the first time I’ve had a European breakfast without a decent croissant as an option. The front desk staff was far less than friendly as we worked through our issues with the air conditioning. At first, they tried to convince me it was user error. Also, bathrooms were not clean! Lots of hair, filthy corners, and debris that I believe came from the caulking. Only good thing about this place was the view of the lake, although it was far from the center of activity with restaurants, shops, and bars.

Ask for a room with a view of the lake and a balcony. Comfortable mattress, decent water pressure. Breakfast is the usual and expected. No complaints. Fabulous location. The surroundings are gorgeous and peaceful. Kick back, relax. You'll love your stay.

What a joke, a 4 star hotel? The hotel has potential but it is wasted. We got a large room with almost no furniture. Poor maintenance and no janitors after the job is done. We received stained sheets but there was no one to change them. The receptionist gave us half a sheet with which we covered the stains and promised us as well as the local guide that the next day they would be changed. We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and the stained sheets were not changed, they just lied to us and the guide. They also showed us where we can take what we want (self-service hotel?). The only good things are the location and the breakfast.

# 3 night stay room 403 best room in the hotel # huge balcony with stunning lake views # room large however bathroom in need of upgrading (room & views make up for it) # buffet breakfast quite good, however selection didn't seem to changed much. # staff attentive and courteous. # 5 min walk to Ohrid old town (shops, cafe's & restaurants) in conclusion, this hotel is in a tremendous location, you are so close to the lake you can hear the waves hitting the shoreline. Great value for money, would stay again.

We had a room aet the top floor, no. 405. The room was specious and clean, but we couldn't stay in it, because of weak aircondition. It was hot- outside and in the room also hot. I demand another room. because they couldn't repair the a/c, but there was no available room. The breakfast was very good.

Enjoy your stay looking at Ohrid lake. The view was amazing. The location was great. It is a walking distance to restaurants, and places to see. I loved Macedonia. We entered the border with peacocks. Everywhere is so green. I had one concern with the hotel that the breakfast starts late and they serve the worst coffee ever even though they are actually serving good quality coffee all day long.

This hotel is perfectly located on the walkway by the water. Great views from the area and hotel. The rooms were decent sized. Breakfast buffet was okay. Fun area near the hotel to walk and explore and enjoy the sunset.

Das Hotel in direkter Seelage verfügt über einen Frühstückssaal mit Seeblick welcher am Abend als raucherfreundliches Restaurant fungiert. Die kleinen und sauberen Zimmer verfügen alle über Seeblick, die zentral gelegenen Zimmer hierbei über Panoramablick mit Balkon. Zentral beheizte Flure wirken fast überhitzt und etwas stickig. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Lift. Das Personal am Empfang und im Restaurant ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Die Qualität des Frühstücks entspricht nicht der Quantität.
