Very nice smaller hotel without overcrowding. Good generally good. More international beer brands expected for the price point. Service generally good; minibar not restocked. Guidance on dinner bookings hot and miss (we were booked into a restaurant one evening that was closed!)

I had such a wonderful experience at this resort! From the moment I arrived, Jenelle was absolutely amazing. She made the check-in process seamless, warm, and welcoming. She truly went above and beyond to ensure my stay started off perfectly, and she is one of the main reasons I would rebook here. Her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for guests stood out in the best way.
The rest of the staff were also incredible—Dwayne and Dominic were fantastic and made sure everything I needed was taken care of with a smile. Everyone I interacted with made me feel valued and comfortable throughout my stay.
This resort not only has beautiful amenities, but also an outstanding team that makes the experience unforgettable. I can’t wait to return!

The room was really old and smelt of mold. It took more than 24 hours to sort it out. I was downgraded to a smaller and newer room, but had to pay extra.
The rest of the staff by pool and resteraunts were really helpful and kind.

Property had limited dining, no entertainment, room service was not good. Staff were unwelcoming! Will never go here again because it’s not setup like a real all inclusive as well as not inviting from the locals. Should be advertised more as a hotel and for the price could have been a much better experience!

The entire stay was nothing short of relaxing and comfortable. O2's resort staff went over and above to show professionalism and hospitality. Additionally, the property is well-maintained/clean and the food was exceptional!

My best friend and I were celebrating our 50 birthdays and 30 years of friendship. The resort was everything we hoped for in an all inclusive. The food was great in all restaurants. The staff is very friendly. Being that it was the off season it felt like we had the beach and pool to ourselves. The other guests we did see ranged from couples to families to mothers and daughters. They had activities planned for each day and the front desk was helpful if you wanted to leave the resort. The only cons we had was our room was only serviced after the first night. Even though we put out the sign for service, talked to staff in the hallway requesting it, or calling the front desk no one came. We also had no hot water on our last night there due to a problem throughout the building. I would return again because the pros outweigh the cons.

O2 (staff is superb-very friendly -kind) has NO real entertainment during the day or night. the resort is nice but not for people who like entertainment. they do entertainment only on Wed for 2 hrs (great). No music or anything there. 1 very nice restaurant with good food piano bar. the other places the food is not good. the food hrs are NOT good if you get hungry at night after 9pm (no food).
