Very nice smaller hotel without overcrowding. Good generally good. More international beer brands expected for the price point. Service generally good; minibar not restocked. Guidance on dinner bookings hot and miss (we were booked into a restaurant one evening that was closed!)

Friendly staff, good food, nice smaller resort that can cater well to allergies and food restrictions. Just returned from our first visit at O2. Impressed by the level of attention staff pay to allergies and celiac needs of guests. Staff was well informed and we even had one of the chefs one night check in on us. Its great to be able to actually enjoy our stay without issue in that regards. While this is a smaller resort we found it had everything we needed. Multiple restaurants, great location, nice room and very friendly staff. I'd definitely go back in the future

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay in Barbados! Traveling with a five-year-old and an 18-month-old can sometimes be challenging, but the entire staff made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and truly cared for from the moment we arrived. The resort itself was beautiful — the ocean views were breathtaking, the rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and family-friendly. One of the highlights of our trip was the food. Everything we ate was excellent, and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate our family’s needs. We were genuinely impressed by the quality, variety, and attention to detail. What really made this experience special, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. They treated us like family, and that level of hospitality made our vacation unforgettable. Overall, we had an amazing experience and created memories we’ll cherish forever. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy island life. We had a lovely time here. The staff was outgoing. The service and entertainment was amazing. The food was delicious. Love the amount of fruits they provided at each meals. Each restaurant provided excellent meals. Our room had an ocean view and I was giddy every morning taking in the view. Liked it so much we are going to bring our boys next time.

Great views, nice rooms, good brekfast, resonable lunch/dinner. The Oro is truly a great experience, almost giving O2 a touch of five stars. Great ambience and nice beach. Not a luxery hotel, but fair value for money.

This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.

Stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, it had 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies and a great sense of space. Rooms were cleaned every day and there was a turn down service. Would highly recommend this resort to everyone. All-inclusive facilities were great, loved the pina coladas and mango coladas, and the staff couldn’t be nicer to us. Would definitely recommend it to anyone on a trip to Barbados.

We stayed at this property for one night when the air space closed at Barbados airport due to an air traffic controller strike. Pros: beautiful clean property, stunning beach view rooms, great food and drink & friendly serving staff. Cons: check in process painful and daunting. I understand that day was chaotic but we had a paid reservation and just kept getting bumped by people that had checked out and returned to the hotel due to cancelled flights. When we first arrived they said they couldn’t guarantee we would get our rooms even though we had a paid in full reservation. After waiting over 2 1/2 hours in the lobby and finally pushing to get rooms at 4:00 to utilize the facilities we paid for we finally got in at 5:00pm. It was a stressful day not knowing if we had a place to sleep that night. In the end, we loved the resort and the service staff at the bars, coffee bar, Elements restaurant and especially Nikoli who was great at being very attentive to our needs. Also a great big thank you to the chef at Elements for providing information on gluten free options on the buffet and a special dessert.
