Hotel Capitol

The service was very poor. Our trauma started at the reception, we waited for more than an hour and they didn’t offer water or anything despite seeing us with kids. The room was for two adults on the booking and when asked for one more towel, they asked us to pay or buy. The food was so bad we couldn’t eat it. There was no elevator and we were booked into 4th floor. When asked for towel to be replaced the other, they said we should wait because they are washing it, it took 2 hours of waiting to get towel. One tea serving in a room booked for two and when asked who should drink and who should not drink since it’s only one serving. Oh the hangers are broken and bent, it’s those hangers they probably got from pawn shop and it comes mixed metal and plastic and wood oh gosh in 2024 …… It’s a disaster ! I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel is situated in a squalor environment, with terrible traffic on peak and sometimes off-peak hours. Though the hotel claim that they are new, less than two years old. The facilities are lacking, like not having a standard mirror in each room, no ironing board. I don't want to preempt, but l hope the hotel would keep a high maintenance culture to maintain a quality standard of the facilities, which appears to be deteriorating fast than one can imagine. The mattresses are too hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. The complementary breakfast does not provide you with a variety of food to select from. It is restricted to only one choice of food.  The hotel has an attitude of not honouring whatever you paid for online. I paid for an executive city view room but was offered a room with a lower standard than what l paid for.  The hotel does not provide a good customer satisfactory experience. l was treated as a less-priority guest than those who paid directly at the hotel. In that case, ********* has to review this hotel or take them off the list of their hotels. It is deceiving not to receive the offer l paid for. I feel cheated and unappreciated. 

Very nice hotel with great staff. The workers are hardworking and genuinely care about your needs in what they are doing. I really enjoyed my stay. I was visiting on a business trip and felt very comfortable. The hotel met my needs.

Amazing place to be, the ambience is superlative, full of amazing staff, security top notch and great environment. I will love to spend the hotel my next home. Nice experience for the first time. Keep it up, hotel capitol

This is the hotel to stay at. I have stayed at this hotel many times and the the high quality of service and attention I got starting from the security, reception etc, was excellent and professional. This is the example of "what I ordered for verse what I got". I will not forget the taste of their food and I can't wait to go back there because thy keep improving.

The customer service is great, clean environment. The food is quite nice too... Laundry service too. I love the peace and quiet in the hotel, no unnecessary noise. Nice and neat looking staffs ... Very respectful people. I will keep recommending this place.
