The hotel about 20min walk from the station. A lot of shopping along the way. The hotel is clean n the room is basic.

I was very satisfied with the room that had a nice night view. The air conditioning was good because it was a new hotel, but the futon was a little thin and I felt a bit chilly. (Stayed in early March)

The room was clean and nice.
It was raining and we didn't have an umbrella, but the front desk lent us one.
However, the hotel's parking lots are limited in number and are first-come, first-served from 3pm, so even if you're staying multiple nights, you can't park there all the time, which is inconvenient.
We left our car parked in a nearby parking lot, but...

The hotel is next to the underground railway station. It is very convenient to get in and out by car. There is a convenience store nearby. Bread is provided in the lobby in the morning but it costs more. Coffee and ice water are provided in a self-service style for free.

I stayed overnight without meals and used it.
There are restaurants around the hotel until late, but they are expensive.
There are only 5 parking spaces at the hotel, and you will need to park nearby, but the fees can be quite high depending on the location, so you need to do some research.
Greetings are a very nice touch.
I don't think there is much difference in facilities and amenities compared to other hotels.
As soon as I entered the room, there was a 3cm sized white feather on the floor and it felt unsanitary. I would like to see a confirmation after cleaning. There is a sense of cleanliness overall, but I apologize for the low rating as I would like to request improvements.
