Mira Meridia Beach Resort Hotel

Animators were very bad , very rude to people and also walking around drunk etc. I'm not suggesting this company to people , they're randomly charged money from us and told bad things about our families. I feel very bad after visiting this place with those people .

The hotel was not that good , but animators get it fixed , they are very kind , also new animators where the best i met in turkey . They're were very funny and we did a lot with them . Thanks to company . Very good people from hotel to us , must come to holiday family .

We have just got back today, from a week's stay at the Meridia with our two boys (12 and 15) The pool was a huge highlight for us all and such a wonderful atmosphere around the pool. I can still hear the beat of the music, and the earworm song 'Clap Snap' will remain a firm favourite pool side activity. Great amenities on site, although we must admit with us enjoying the pool so much that we didn't experience the Sauna. The reception staff were helpful, and the restaurant staff was always efficient with lots of choice of food, for all diets. My boys loved the array of dessert available, and my husband and I were very happy with the choice of all-inclusive drinks. Yes, they were local brands, but there were lots of choice, from cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer. At the lobby bar, they also did their own version of Baileys, which was very nice, especially with the iced coffee they serve there. One issue we did find was that on arrival, we found our room was only made up for three beds. When we enquired, they said the sofa was the fourth bed. My son tried sleeping on this the first night, and it was ridiculous. At nearly 6 feet tall, he was hanging half off of it. However, the following day, we mentioned this to the reception, and they brought up a fold up bed for him to sleep on for the remainder of the stay. One shout out has to go to one of the restaurant staff (apologies I never got his name) However he was an older gentleman) who after our first visit, always remembered us and would bring our drinks order over to us that he remembered. Wonderful service from him, he made our dinner times great. All in all, it was a great week, great fun and beach just on the doorstep, quite literally the private beach. We only visited the beach once as my boys were not keen on the pebble beach, but I loved having a swim and it being so close to the hotel. There are two markets/outlets easily within walking distance, too. Evening entertainment was good, the entertainers were great, and the pool and slides sealed the deal for us.

After reading some of the reviews on here we were really expecting the worst but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I would agree that it isn’t a 5*, more so a 3/4*. But for the price we were really pleased. We had 2 rooms in the main building, both were spacious and clean. The maid visited everyday, and replaced towels. We found the food to be really good, bbq meat / fish on the roof, salad bar was fantastic. Snack bar was good for a quick lunch by the beach / pool. One negative was the fact that ice creams were only available for 1 hour a day. Drinks were ok - again for the price, we didn’t expect anything too much. Schweppes tonic with the gin was a welcome surprise. The flimsy plastic cups were the biggest negative here, but you could drink out of a glass in the lobby / terrace. Staff were always friendly, particularly the guys in the pool bar / staff in the restaurant. Remembering drinks orders / making special mocktails for our child. Pool was great, huge - a bit cold, but again, October it was expected. Slides were brilliant fun for all the family. Beach was lovely and the sea was clear and still, also warmer than the pool. I would recommend beach shoes as it is pebbled to get in. Small amount of litter caused by the hotels - which we made an effort to pick up a few times, if everyone did the same there would be no litter! Meridia will definitely be an option for next years autumn holiday.

First of all this is not 5 stars I’ve now moved to a 5 star hotel 5 mins away down Road to give my family a holiday Granada luxury. What positive could I say about Meridia beach nothing other that pool area isn’t bad. Food ,rooms ,beer ,coffee ,orange ,juice ,staff,the hotel in general is at best 2 star but saying that I’ve been to some nice but basic 2 stars so not really fair on them. Two days into my 10night stay I’ve changed hotel at a cost of e2700 it’s that bad. My wife will do a proper review on our return but be warned there was a few people moving and complaining the rooms we were subjected to were in my opinion run down and dirty I was prepared to stay and try to have a good holiday but all I asked for was for my safe to be fixed into the wardrobe and they came a put two 40mm screws in the back of some cheap furniture and then moaned when I pulled it back off 😂🤷🏻‍♂️. I see some people give this 5 stars but I can’t honestly see where they are coming from I would love to do a walk round with the star rating people who ever they are and see what they’ve seen to rate this hostel a 5 star hotel. I honestly would not return to meridia beach if they offered me a free return as I don’t think my mental health could take it

One of the reasons that I decided to write a review about this hotel is because I want to warn further guest about some incidents..While I was in spa, having a massage, I was robbed, somebody opened the locker maybe with their spare key or the universal one and took 100€ from my purse. I had the money put in a separate pocket on that morning for my friends birthday present. I am almost sure that it was the guy from the spa reception as myself and my friend were the only ones there at the spa on that early morning plus the 2 masseuse that were with us all the time.. I tried to report it many times but hotel receptionist never understood me and when I asked about manager always said not today- tomorrow.. so gave up😞😫 Family bungalow was very bad ,with dirty bathroom, dirty rooms and very bad smell of damp. All of us got bites marks every night ,probably bed bugs. First night when I arrived, late in the night, I noticed my bed wasn’t changed from the previous stay, bed sheets were dirty and could clearly see that someone slept there before. The next day I could hardly explain to the girl that meant to clean my room (as she couldn’t understand a word from what I was saying) to give me a clean sheet so I could change it myself. The room was cleaned only once, I run after them few times to get some clean towels, never changed my bed in 10 days of my stay.. I had the clean my room tag on my door for a couple of days but always found it on the ground on my return to the room.. on other days I decided not to put anything on the door so maybe this way they would clean the room.. but didn’t happen..my dirtiest holiday I ever had. Wi-Fi that you have to pay for? After paying 3670€ for my holiday??? I though that this is a joke after I read some comments.. but unfortunately is true- 1€per hour or 3€ for a day.. definitely first time in my life.
