Village like a garden of paradise. Staff friendly, smiling, helpful. Equipment of rooms and bathrooms of the highest quality, food of great abundance. Two huge swimming pools, five bars. Animation varied and professional. Spent two weeks without boredom.

Our stay at Gypsophila Holiday Village left a positive overall impression. The resort was clean and well-maintained, showcasing a strong focus on German tourists, though it’s worth noting that there is limited English spoken by the staff—an observation rather than a critique. The reception area felt a bit dated compared to the rest of the resort, but it didn’t detract significantly from our experience. The hotel staff was generally friendly and professional. However, during peak times, it was noticeable that some service members showed preferences towards certain guests, which led to longer wait times for drinks. The cleaning team, however, deserves special recognition. In most hotels, housekeeping teams are often underrated and undervalued, but at Gypsophila, they were exceptional. Their dedication, attention to detail, and extra efforts, particularly when someone in our party fell ill, made a significant positive impact on our stay. Gypsophila is an excellent choice for families, with an impressive range of activities catering to all ages. The on-site stores, although slightly overpriced, are a convenient addition. The facilities were a standout feature—spotlessly clean swimming pools, ample sunbeds even at busy times, and attentive lifeguards ensured a safe environment. The option between a quieter pool and a lively one with music was a welcome touch, and the beachfront area with its pier added to the resort’s charm. One delightful surprise was the Panorama Bar, which felt like a hidden gem of the village. With its almost speakeasy vibe, it was perfect for cooler evenings in the off-season, offering a cozy, relaxed atmosphere. The only real area for improvement was the food. While the variety was decent, it sometimes felt repetitive and could benefit from a boost in quality. That said, considering the volume of guests, this might be a challenge. Overall, Gypsophila Holiday Village provides great value for families looking for a relaxing and activity-filled holiday. If the dining experience improves, it would be an exceptional all-inclusive option.

Hotel territory is green with lot of care of colored flowers/ Trees and highly maintained which makes it super attractive along with villas shape. Available languages: Turkish, English, German, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian. The staff is very friendly and helpful, starting from the reception, restaurant, and housekeepers. The top animation team who entertained us for the 10 days with different games and programs, starting from the kids club to water polo, darts, adult/ kids pool games, aqua gym, and many other things done by katya, varia, ahmed, amir, amin, youssef, mokhtar. This team stays around everyone to make sure everybody is happy. Without them it will be boring.

It is not 1 big hotel, but lots of small houses with green places all around. This is the place where you can fully relax, eat delicious food, have different activities (spa, tennis, beach volleyball etc.) and just feel great, because all working personel is so kind and take care of you. Fully recommend!

I spent 10 days at the hotel, and overall, the vacation was one of the more successful ones, though my expectations were much higher than what I encountered on site. CERTAINLY DESERVES A MINUS: 1. Rooms The rooms are small, old, and poorly cleaned. The space under the bed, the table, and the floors in general were not vacuumed, so walking barefoot resulted in dirty feet. 2. General cleanliness of the hotel I knew what I was signing up for and did not expect luxury, but cleanliness is essential. In this regard, there is much to complain about—tables in the dining area were dirty, sticky, and lacked cutlery. I found it strange that waiters sometimes approached guests to offer drinks, while at other times, they seemed indifferent, even when they were not busy. 3. Food and drinks The drinks, made with local alcohol, were unpalatable and tasted watered down. The wine was disgusting, and there were long waits for drinks both during the day and in the evenings. The mini bar in the room was replenished only once during the entire stay (and remember, this is supposed to be a 5-star hotel). You won't find good coffee there. The food was repetitive, with only a few dishes changing daily. My expectations were higher, given the positive comments I read about the food. Overall, it was okay but nothing exceptional. The Kids Zone, on the other hand, was a joke, offering only frozen food. 4. The surroundings of the hotel You should either set aside time to spend at the hotel or purchase additional excursions because the area does not encourage walking. 5. Other The beach was okay, but that may be because I had low expectations. Keep in mind, that water shoes are recommended, though not mandatory, for those who don’t mind entering the sea via the pier. I didn’t participate in most of the animations, so I can't comment on them, but the ones I did participate in were fun, though not different from those at other hotels. Cigarettes are everywhere—people smoke all over the place. Sun-beds are occupied from early morning, so after breakfast, you'll need to get creative to find an available one. I would rate this hotel as average/poor for a 5-star hotel. I think I overpaid for it, though it wasn’t extremely expensive. If someone booked a vacation here at a bargain price, they might be satisfied, but I felt it fell short compared to other 5-star hotels. In my opinion, if this hotel were rated 3 or maybe 4 stars, it would be at a good level. However, it falls far short of 5-star standards.

I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The food, the base of the hotel and the staff were but a very visible level. I have never seen a more polite staff. The bartenders were at a unique level both day and night. I didn't feel like leaving, I wanted to stay at least another week.

Watch out for the maids who need to be in the drawers. lock everything in a safe. The hotel reception and guest relations office do nothing. I'll see what the hotel's deputy manager says. I encountered such a situation for the first time on vacation.

I spent 12 days here in early April. To start with, this is not a 5-star hotel, which is evident from the infrastructure of the reception and bedrooms upon arrival. The bedrooms are outdated and the bedding leaves much to be desired, but this could also be a personal preference as I prefer more luxury. The cleaning staff cleans daily and you receive fresh towels every day, but it still feels a bit shabby. The pool and restaurant area are more than satisfactory, very neat and well-maintained. The pool water is quite cold, so you need sunshine to go in. The staff is generally very polite and friendly. However, they struggle with English as the entire resort is mainly geared towards German speakers. The food is always fresh and good, with a variety of options for everyone. The buffet is always fresh, except for the a la carte restaurant, which was truly terrible – nothing else to say about it, so you can skip that. The activities team puts in great effort and entertains the kids well. There is always something to do in the evenings, catering to different preferences. The spa is excellent. Halil, the spa manager, and Methap, the masseuse, are fantastic. I think I spent more time in the spa than anywhere else. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience for kids and a pleasant holiday. Especially considering the price I booked the trip for, it was a pleasant surprise. However, next time I will opt for a truly luxurious hotel with a higher price tag. I would rate the whole experience a 7/10. I would recommend it for families looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising on quality.

My stay at the hotel was an overall positive experience. The animation was amazing - they were offering all kinds od spots and exercises, interesting evening shows. The hotel's proximity to the sea offered convenient access to the beach and a lot os places for hotel guests. The food was delicious, with a variety of tasty dishes that satisfied my palate. The rooms were nice, clean, with comfortable beds. However, there were a few downsides, our room was located near the road, which caused occasional noise disturbance. The pool, although featuring water slides, was small and not deep enough, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had an enjoyable stay overall.
