Delphin Deluxe Resort

This has got to be the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! The service was impeccable! Each member of staff I came across was courteous, helpful and would go out of their way to provide you with an outstanding service. For example my daughter became ill during our stay with an ear infection. She was seen straight away by a doctor in the facility, she was visited by the manager to check on her wellbeing and to top it off the receptionist got her prescription delivered to the hotel for us…. The rooms are cleaned immaculately and each day we had a different towel decoration on our beds. The staff continuously clean around the pool lifting your glasses to even clear away any little spillages. There are hotel managers present everywhere keeping on top of everything!!! You don’t need to take towels as these are provided fresh on a daily basis and you can even go down at 10am and get a sunbed! Great bonus!! The food was lovely and always fresh with many sections of choice that no one could complain and the selection of ala carte restaurants was a great touch. I would recommend the Chinese one especially! There are fridges around the complex with bottled water and other beverages, as well as your mini fridge topped up daily with a selection of drinks and nibbles. The entertainment staff work hard and my daughter loved taking part in all the activities. She especially loved the Candy Land Party!!! I literally can’t fault any aspect of it especially when you are lying on your sunbed getting cocktails and ice creams delivered by waiters on skates!! All I can say is book and you will not be disappointed. I would recommend booking a private transfer for quickness and booking a side sea view or sea view.

excellent we are happy the rooms are cleaned well the food is delicious the people are kind and friendly everything is clean everywhere you can have a snack convenient location of the hotel fast cleaning and a good mini bar there is entertainment for children and adults beautiful concerts

1. The hotel is clean, the staff is very attentive and helps with any ambiguity, a lot of vegetation in the hotel (tastefully placed). 2. The rooms are quite old and small for Turkey, the bed is 1.4m wide (the smallest found in a 5* hotel), but the cleaning is 10+, daily cleaning + towels/linen are changed. 3. The pools are very clean I stayed more at the adult only... there is no music, no fun in this hotel, at 23:00 everything closes, the bar in front remains until 24:00, no music, no entertainment, like at a requiem (70% are people over 60). 4. The biggest pain comes with the food, in 7 days I received 7 times very small fried anchovies/Dorada, fried chicken back, Donner meat, 4 types of stew, 4 types of stew with pasta. (I have been to many other 5* locations, this is the weakest in terms of gastronomy, I have never seen fried chicken back even at 4* in Bulgaria, anchovies 7/7 times for lunch or dinner, never missed). I have not seen an adana, some decent beef dishes, I have only had lamb on Gala Night (Saturday) and there was a battle for it, a 100m queue, and another evening there was baked beef, but not everyone got their plate. Terribly poor lunch and dinner, you find the same food either for dinner or lunch, in 2 days, very tasteless.. 5. 70% of the drinks are local, they have J&B, Absolut, Bacardi, Efes, Havana at the lobby bar and at the outside bar (at the hotel entrance), but you have to ask for them, otherwise they will always have local ones. 6. 10 for the staff who are great and work non-stop. Quality/price ratio, not worth it, a 4* hotel at most, maybe if they renovate it and improve the food and drinks, it will return to 5*.

The hotel is over 1hour 40 mins from the airport The pools were okay but very overcrowded. The taxis to the shops up the road that the hotel arrange for you charge what they like, each taxi charged a different price. Also only in 2 bars to they serve premium drinks.. round the pools, restaurants and entertainment (where you would spend most of your time) it's all cheap horrible alcohol. The staff weren't very forthcoming with dealing with complaints from a few guests at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I'm not sure how the hotel got the rating it has but I can assure you that it's definitely not 5 star and you will encounter problems here. You really need to do better delphin. We have just returned from an amazing week at the Delphin Deluxe. We visited with our 2 sons aged 14 and 8. The kids said it was the ‘best holiday yet’. Highlights for them were the pools, slides, jumping off the pier, great poolside activities, playing football, unlimited ice creams, amazing food and meeting some good friends. We found the staff all so friendly, professional and always willing to go the extra mile. Emir the guest relations manager was exceptional and went over and above to help with anything we needed. Michael the entertainment manager was great. He was hilarious and kept everyone entertained. Every one of the staff was warm welcoming and friendly. We upgraded to a family suite which was well worth it and made the holiday that much better. The food was outstanding, there was something for everyone. Great drinks at the beach bar! The hotel was spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and so well maintained. I really cannot fault this hotel and would highly recommend to everyone! We hope to return. Thanks for an amazing week.

I can find nothing bad to say about this hotel, after staying at a few 5 star resorts in Turkey this is the real deal, it is how a hotel should be managed, we loved every minute we had here, 10 great night's enjoyed with my family. The hotel is very well maintained and spotless clean, the food is great and the staff are fantastic, I just hope we can make it back here again next year. Thank you for looking after me and my family.
