The location near the Garmin Soccer Complex and other sports facilities make this a good place for families and teams participating. You can literally walk to the soccer fields from the hotel and not have to worry about the crazy parking during tournaments. This is a hotel often used for Stay and Play situations where the team is playing and you are required to stay at one of their partner hotels. But this is a good option. The hotel itself is newer and in really good condition. The rooms are typical size for this brand level and well worth the price point. The staff is friendly, responsive and helpful and the rooms very clean. We stayed in a double Queen on the second floor. Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was in very good working order. Great hot shower and the WiFi worked well. Breakfast was on par with other breakfasts at this level. Overall, this is a great affordable place to stay if you are travelling and need to be on this side of town or you are going to be in one of the sports events nearby. You can book here with confidence.

Second time a this hotel. The front desk staff are awesome (early evening shift, no experience with morning/day). The hotel is going thru a refresh so hopefully updating the extremely dated rooms. The first time I stayed on the third floor it was nice, this last time stayed on the second floor, and had a smokey smell to it in the hallways despite the non smoking signs all over. The beds overall are okay. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is standard as other Hampton Inns. I have stayed at quiet a few as a hilton diamond member with work travel. Will stay again, just hoping for the rooms to be all updated. The staff and cleanliness is what makes it for me.

Disappointed upon arrival was told there was no hot water. They knew this one day before but didn't bother to call us. I met my friend who had driven from Houston and myself from Minneapolis so we were in no mood to find another location. Ash at the front desk told us he didn't know when it would be fixed. We opted to stay and he did upgrade us to a larger room. Overall the property is very nice and well maintained and I appreciated the kind and positive service that Ash gave us. Our room was on the main floor which was great as we had two small dogs. The breakfast area was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay at this property again. Thank you!

The location is slightly biased, free parking, and the hotel is relatively new. The lobby is large and bright, the room equipment and hygiene are good, and the suite is convenient to use. The front desk service in the impression is general, lacks hospitality, is eager to complete its tasks, and does not pay attention to the needs of the guests. Breakfast is quite rich, there are fried eggs with Ming file, which can meet the general business travel.

This hotel and staff were phenomenal! I was in Kansas City for an extended stay (over 30 days), and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to other business travelers. When I arrived just before New Year's, many of the staff had signed cards with good wishes for the New Year - it was such a kind and personal touch. Sydney, Stephanie, Hailey, Rueben, and Armando were the best at making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They were so kind and greeted me by name daily. The personal touch adds so much! John, Sam, and Robin at the Terrace Restaurant offered friendly service along with delicious food & drink. Misty and the housekeeping staff kept the room spotless! She always greeted me and was so kind to make sure I had everything I needed. Not only was the room always kept up, but the entire property was pristine! Honestly, for someone that spends 200+ nights a year traveling - the staff at a property make all the difference. This hotel is wonderful, but the staff here is the reason I would happily stay here again!

Stayed at the Courtyard while visiting family for Thanksgiving. It was nice to come back each night to a clean, quiet room after spending time at a busy house with loud kids. They did a great job on property with COVID protocols. All staff did a great job of distancing and mask wearing and there were a lot of hand sanitizer machines everywhere. I used the gym twice and it was spotless. I need to give a shout out to Eric who worked at the bistro. Pre-COVID, I travel well over 100-120 nights a year and stay at some very nice properties on vacation and he provided some of the best service that I have had in a long time. Thank you, Eric, for making our stay that much better! We will come back to the Courtyard the next time we visit family in Olathe.
