Great little hotel in the centre of Olbia, 5mins to the bus stops going to the beach, 10mins to the historical centre. Clean, pleasant rooms, and a very helpful host, highly recommended! A bit noisy if your window is by the street, but it really didn't bother us at all. A great base from which to explore Olbia and the Costa Smeralda!

Beautiful apartment with all attention to detail! Entering through the door ... "an oasis in the middle of a city!!!" Well furnished and equipped kitchen...impeccable cleanliness and kindness of the owner...Really excellent!!

When we arrived and saw the neighborhood, we were not reassured. But the rooms inside a secure courtyard quickly removed any doubts. Our family room was quite spacious. Above all, it was very clean. Bravo to the cleaning lady. On the other hand, breakfast is very spartan: rusk, packaged jam, bag of biscuits, a bottle of water, and a bag of instant coffee or an infusion... blah, blah. For a Frenchman it's tough. We should review this or remove the “breakfast included” mention when booking.

We tried, for various reasons, 2 structures that were not available.. Help.... I absolutely recommend you to stay here and have a quick dinner at Mareturismo da Filiberto...... Seeing is believing. .

Ho vissuto in questo fantastico residence due mesi per esigenze lavorative. Non semplice trovare ad Olbia residenze così ben curate e rifinite. Gli immobili sono arredati con gusto e dotati di qualunque confort (Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, impianto di termocondizionamento, raccolta differenziata ben organizzata). La gestione, sia per quanto riguarda l'approccio con gli ospiti, sia per la cura e la manutenzione della struttura e dei servizi è ineccepibile. Grazie a Daniele e a tutte le persone che collaborano con lui per questo soggiorno. Consigliato sia per vacanze che per trasferte di lavoro
