Do not make any requests that are outside of the “rules” to the staff of this establishment. Don't need their help and maybe it will turn out fine. The establishment canceled our reservation made several months in advance, barely 1 hour before the scheduled arrival at the venue. The reason ? I dared to ask them for help to hold our luggage until we could enter the room. Entry into the premises is scheduled from 3 p.m., but several responses from the establishment to questions asked on the Booking site suggest that entry can be done before. As soon as I made my reservation, I requested an early arrival around 11 a.m. (nothing extravagant). No answer. The evening before our arrival I contacted them (in the absence of being contacted by the establishment as indicated in their “regulations”) to tell them that we would arrive the next day around 11 a.m. I was told that this was not possible before 3 p.m. I ask them if it is possible to leave at least the luggage when we arrive or if they could show us a secure parking lot to leave the rental car and luggage. No response regarding an alternative solution, they prefer to tell me that in all hotels in the world there are rules to respect, to remind me that according to their rules arrival is at 3 p.m. and that the problems of baggage management (from their customers, I remind you) do not concern them. But in their great courtesy, they accept that we leave our suitcases in the common areas of the establishment from 12:30 p.m., without any supervision. As I also rented a secure private garage with the room, I ask them to park the car with our luggage in the box while waiting. I am told that it may be possible, but perhaps not (ultimately depending on their wishes) and that I just have to wait for them to send me a message to tell me. So no anticipation possible! On the way to the hotel, I sent 2 messages about 20 minutes apart to see if parking was available and to say we were arriving soon. My messages were simple, polite. They were very poorly received by the manager, Jessica, who considered at that time that I was “disrespectfully insistent” and that therefore nothing would be available before at least 12:30 p.m. And if I wasn't happy I just had to cancel my reservation. I specify at this stage (even if this should not be taken into account) that I am pregnant and that she is perfectly aware. I go through the stage of exchanging messages where she almost insults me by telling me that I was poorly brought up, poorly polite, etc. Arriving in Olbia, we pay for private parking and wait to be able to enter the accommodation. I received a new message telling me that neither the garage nor the room would be available before 3 p.m. That if I wanted to cancel the reservation, I had to tell them quickly. I tell them that we
