Hyatt Regency Greenwich

It feels like the Hyatt in Greenwich is coasting on its name. I expected a bit more from the $300 price tag for the night. There was no tea kettle, no robe, $25 to park!!!, and long wait for an average breakfast (not buffet so you could only pick one meal - no free flowing water, tea, coffee). Except for the staff that checks you in, staff in the hallways and restaurant don’t engage with the customers- no “good mornings” or “have a nice day”.

The room was very clean. There was very loud music in the middle of the night that seemed to come from the atrium but it eventually stopped so we were finally able to get some sleep. That was the only slightly bad thing we could say and it wasn't the hotels fault. Everything else was terrific.

Me and my wife stayed in Hyatt Regency Greenwich Old Greenwich, Connecticut for 3 days, it was the most horoble experiance in my life, whaen I open the door of my room I get the roof of the hotel as a view of my window, the room was verry far fron the eleventer, the room service knocking on my door at 9am, I ask for couple plate

Bathroom well appointed. Good stock of towels. Well designed space for suitcases and belongings.
