Very nice condo for 6 ladies
The view of the beach and the rides was great. The condo is very spacious. I can’t recommend using the pull out couch but other than that every thing was very comfy. Ying responded quickly when we had a small problem with the coffee maker

Family time!
It’s great to be able to get away and forget about your troubles. Spending time with family has always meant more to me than anything. There was plenty of room for everyone in our condo. The place was beautiful. The location was perfect (minus the trains going by lol). Sitting on the balcony enjoying the ocean breeze and the people watching were some of the highlights. I would highly recommend staying here.

Sweet 16 Staycation
We loved this condo and it worked perfectly for our daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party. We made it a fun weekend and really appreciated Ying and Bill responsiveness and hospitality! I highly recommend this property.

Off season
I was not impressed with the manager there I asked him if we could pay extra for additional parking which he said no. To park like two blocks over in a dark area. Which I did not like. There was a lot of fruit flys in the kitchen sink and some in the bathroom our doors to the balcony’s did not lock. I cleaned to try to get rid of the fruit flys. Also everything was closed because of the off season which I thought Oct is fall not winter. The price of the room was high to me I did talk to different owner they said we could of stay other places way cheaper. Next time I will know. But the owner of the place was really nice. Place was nice except all those fruit flys.

Wonderful Experience
We've been staying at Old Orchard Beach yearly for 25+ years and this was the most enjoyable experience to date. The unit was in a great location directly across from the amusement park allowing for endless people watching fun. The ocean view was great for firework nights and the beach is just a 100yds away. Definitely plan to stay here again! Ying was great to deal with and was very quick to answer any querstions.
