The location of the hotel is very good. It is close to the expressway. In the rest station of the expressway, the convenience store and KFC fast food restaurant are right next to the hotel. The service is very good and the parking is free.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Comfortable bed and spacious room for the price. The Beefeater restaurant told me they couldn’t accept walk in customers because they were running out of food. This was only 6pm! Very frustrating. I had to order delivery.

The environment is good during the day. There is a bar downstairs. The hostess is very polite. I arrived late. She found my materials from the guest information and told the password to open the door, which was smooth
Hygienic: No problem, very clean, the room is not big, there is a separate bathroom, booked a single room suitable for one person

Very Nice hotel for a family between Cardiff and Newport. Cardiff city center is just 20 min drive and a meat restaurant is just 3 min drive which makes a good family supper.
Rooms are cosy and clean. All the amenities are included.
Breakfast is included in every booking and can’t be canceled, but it seems very good for me for being not continental one . Variety of food is just eggs and beans in case the visitor doesn’t eat pork. Corn flakes are available .
I like this place as we need to have a stay there every few weeks.
