We had a good welcome on arrival. My room was on the first floor overlooking the car park and main road. It was surprisingly not too noisy. The room was spacious, with a large comfy double bed and a sofa bed. . There was a good well stocked hospitality tray & a comfy seat. The shower room was small but adequate, there was basic toiletries in there. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices of fruits, cereals and juices. The hot selection was excellant. I couldn't see any milk alternatives but I'm sure there was some. I enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back.

I am used to coming to England with my family but I note with regret that Mrs. Stacey, the manager, is trying to spoil our stay and is not at all professional. for example, I asked for a toothbrush (because my wife had forgotten hers), and at reception they explained to me that the hotel had too many customers and that they could not give us any. I also reported to reception that we left the hotel in the morning and that when we returned, our rooms had not been cleaned, Stacey offered to change rooms (at 10:30 p.m.) with me. my 5 children or else to no longer come to this hotel. This same Stacey gave us problems during our last stay over a coffee issue. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone, the staff is horrible, disgusting, unpleasant and ungrateful.

Stayed for a quick break and it was 10 out of 10 from start to finish. Anne Marie greeted us at reception and couldn't have been any nicer or helpful or professional x A credit to Premier Inn staff. Room was lovely and warm and ultra clean. Complimentary sachets for drinks with any more needed at reception. Most comfortable bed with gorgeous heavy duvet and just as the ad claims - home away from home. Lovely room and bathroom with an excellent power shower. I'd have loved to buy the comfy chair as could have easily fallen asleep in it. If you ever change you seats please let me buy room 34's xx loved it. Will happily go again and already looking for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay
