We had an unforgettable stay. Very atmospheric and staff is most kind. Breakfast is very good, lots of variety, and very pleasantly served. Terrace is just wonderful, especially in the evening. If you are strictly tied to Hyatt & Co, this may not be your place. If you can appreciate to stay in a family-run place, with somewhat artistic flair in the old rooms then you will love it. Rooms are coherent to the place and Olinda; a little old, but charming (I am not sure if those Jacuzzis in the room are really necessary, but others may like them..)

Hats off to Jacqueline, Carlos and Victor. They went out of their way to help me, especially through the complex process of buying a phone chip in Brazil. They were wonderful in every respect and will make your stay in Olinda a pleasure. I had a room in the annex across the street and it was quite spacious with a four-poster bed and an outdoor bathtub (the view from the street is blocked so don't feel shy about using it.) The breakfast was bountiful. Fruit, cheeses, meats, cakes and bread plus coffee and juice. It will keep you full till dinner time. Dinner at the restaurant was also delicious and reasonably priced. Once more all my thanks to Jacqueline, Carlos and Victor my first friends in Brazil.

Pousada située dans le centre historique, au calme. Elle possède beaucoup de charme. Le personnel va du très aimable au nettement moins aimable... Choisir plutôt les chambres supérieures "deluxe", un peu plus chères mais nettement mieux, car avec fenêtre et/ou balcon, les autres sont beaucoup moins bien. La chambre "ilusoes" dans la dépendance est splendide, grande avec lit à baldaquin, joliment décorée. Petite terrasse avec baignoire à l'air libre. Tout fonctionne très bien, bon wifi, climatisation parfaite, literie confortable, propreté parfaite. Bon petit déjeuner dans le bâtiment principal, face au jardin, et vue sur Recife au loin, un moment vraiment très agréable. Attention, lors du départ on vous demande un service de 10%, mais qui n'est pas obligatoire

Péssimo! Sujo, cheio de poeira e teia de aranha, péssima manutenção, ar condicionando que mao funciona, chuveiro nojeto, banheiro jnsalubre e administração nada resolutiva ou empática! Resumo? Frustrante… constrangedor e una lastima!

Aquele lugar no meio do centro histórico de Olinda, com quintal para restaurante Beijupirá, de onde você já pode comer e fugir par ao alto da Sé a pé. Cada canto da pousada faz você parar para admirar as diversas obras de arte e elementos da cultura de Pernambuco desde o próprio casarão. Comida excelente. Só pontuo negativamente a questão de Ácaro pois sou muito alérgica.

Pousada bem localizada, próximo aos pontos turísticos de Olinda. Café da manhã é bom, e o atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso. Algumas coisas não nos agradou quanto ao quarto e ao banheiro. Entendo que se trata de um prédio histórico, porém, não é por isso que alguns pontos referente a limpeza deve ser deixado de lado . Quando fomos ao nosso quarto, ele estava com cheiro de guardado, deu a impressão de que eles não abrem as janelas para ventilar, as roupas de camas estavam limpas, porém, com o mesmo cheiro.. os travesseiros estavam amarelados. E um dia esqueceram de nós no café manhã 🫢. Olinda é uma cidade maravilhosa, riquíssima em história, valeu super conhecer.
