The hotel is in a great location, and the staff are very friendly and professional. They are extremely considerate of their guests, especially for preparing breakfast at 5 a.m. We felt very welcomed during our stay.

Weird and humid smell in the lobby. Heard people got food position from the breakfast. The room is very basic and the bathroom water leakage everywhere. Does not meet the expectation for 4 stars hotel more like a cleaner inn.

Besides the location (5mins walk from train and restaurant’s) and quality of the rooms, the reason this is getting a 5 star review from me and my mates was the customer service.
The people working at the hotel - in particular Nathale and William - were absolutely wonderful. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever received (I mean this literally). They went above and beyond to answer all our questions and helped us navigate train suspensions and protests (even offered us showers and a place to rest after climbing Machu Picchu, post check out).
They didn’t just respond to needs, they assessed and identified what would make us more comfortable and they delivered it proactively.

掛牌四星，價格稍貴些。距離火車站約7分鐘步行，到鎮中心廣場也就幾分鐘，去哪兒都很方便。套房寬敞帶山景陽台，迷你吧免費一次，有啤酒可樂等。早餐5點開始比較豐盛。

國內招待所硬件水平，但是小小熱水鎮不能苛求，在南美小鎮算ok了。乾淨是乾淨的，服務也不錯，接送火車都會幫忙搬行李。早餐尚可，牛肉很頂飽，爬馬丘比丘前補充能量非常抗消耗。天然水聲白噪音。空調好用很涼爽！
