Clean and quiet room

The room is fully equipped and the service is good.

Staff was friendly. I had problem with my phone. Lady at front desk called her IT expert to help me. He couldn't fix it but he gave me some advice to try when I got home. It worked and I would like to say Thank You! Breakfast is delirious! Nice choice of food and the pancake machine is fun! They are delirious too! I was there for Mayo clinic visits. The shuttle runs often and is a convenient pleasant ride. A variety of food nearby is nice. A grocery is nearby and Fresh Thyme organic foods. Two blocks to 2 finer restaurants. Across the parking lot is McDonald's K.F.C. Toppers Pizza and my favorite Jersey Joes Cheesesteaks.

The Hotel was great, disappointed on check out as my sister who booked on her own paid $24 a night less than we did ! I felt like I was in that TV commercial about paying more than someone else. . . . I was shocked I thought your booking was the lowest the day I made it. Having said that, the hotel was great.

If you are going to Mayo Clinic, there is no better place to stay then Kahler Grand! It is connected to the clinic by the subway or a simple walk across the street. The rooms are clean, updated & very comfortable. Parking is also convenient & connected to the hotel. Restaurants are within the hotel, subway system or a short walk. Staff are always friendly, helpful & kind! Mayo wheelchairs are available for use ( to & from the clinic & in the hotel) if needed. There is a swimming pool & workout area also.

Our hotel in Rochester, MN is across the street from Saint Marys Hospital with complimentary hot breakfast buffet daily, free parking and a free shuttle to and from the Mayo Clinic Downtown Campus and Methodist Hospital. Very close to the hospital, there is an underground passage connection. It is very convenient to have breakfast.
