Nice stay

Sopa Lodge as a luxury lodge has nice views. The staff are very friendly but no WiFi in the rooms in common areas only. Buffet every meal and relatively the same. The thing to watch out is if your agent tells you all drinks are included apart alcohol please note they will not accept that. Over all not bad.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of a safari tour and although we were out and about in the day time it was a lovely hotel to come back to. Dinner buffet with lots of choice and lovely bar and lounge area to relax in Only criticism would be soundproofing as lodges are semi detached and could hear noise from adjacent room but didn’t spoil our overall experience

I cannot say how much we loved this property, mostly the staff, pleasant, kind, always a smile, attentive. We stayed here 2 nights so this gave us the opportunity to get to know the staff. Our friends had stayed here 2 months prior to us and they also loved it. My husband thought he lost his wallet but it was in our Safari truck and Jonny (staff) ran all the way to the truck parking lot to retrieve it for us. On our 2nd night we were presented with a cake, with great celebration, to acknowledge the referral by our friends who had been there 2months prior - this brought me to tears. Our waiter said ‘we do not take your visit for granted”. If you go here, you won’t be disappointed.

This place is a true gem. Somehow they were able to get a little luxury in the middle of the Masai Mara. The rooms are individual huts with all of the accommodations and very clean. The common areas were very classy and inviting. Enough cannot be said about the quality of food at this place. It is amazing and the staff was awesome. I simply cannot believe a place like this exists in the middle of the Masai Mara.
