I recently had a terrible experience staying at this hotel and want to warn others about the conditions. The rooms are extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The showers are disgusting, and the office is often unattended, causing long wait times for check-in. The rooms lack basic amenities like chairs, tables, and a TV. The internet is unreliable, and the air conditioning frequently stops working. To make matters worse, the mattresses have visible mold, the fridge is filthy, and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. I even witnessed another guest being told to leave because they complained about the poor service. The so-called "breakfast" is a joke, with minimal options and poor quality. Additionally, I experienced frequent power outages, malfunctioning outlets, and dead lights. The hotel even charges for water, despite offering a "free" breakfast. When the internet stopped working, I discovered the staff had unplugged it. The pool area offers no shade, making it unbearable to sit outside. To top it off, there's a trash point for old furniture in the back of the hotel, providing a constant unpleasant odor. Please save yourself the trouble and choose a different hotel.

We ate at Red bar on 2 occasions and went back for drinks on another. Very welcoming, nice setting and view of the *****. Food was delicious and very reasonably price. £130 for 4 starters, 4 main meals, jug sangria, 1 kids cocktail and one mojito. Drink measures are very generous too! Staff were very friendly. Nice kids play area also.

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at RED Hotel. From the moment we walked into the room after dinner, we were hit with a strong, unpleasant odor that made our stay almost unbearable. The equipment in the room was ancient and clearly in desperate need of an upgrade. To make matters worse, the shower amenities provided were of shockingly low quality, leaving me feeling unclean and unsatisfied after each use. Despite the competitive price, the dirty state of the family room was simply unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The stench, outdated facilities, and subpar shower products made my trip a regrettable choice.
