We were 5 people traveling, a bunch of light sleepers, snorers and energetic kids. So we were happy to find on the Ouzas hotel website the "executive family apartment with 3 separate bedrooms so everyone could get some sleep and privacy ("double bed in one room , 2 single beds in second room and 2 single beds in the 3rd room"). The problem was, this apartment that we booked via their website doesn't exist. What you get is 1 double bed in one room, and 4 beds in another room, with no "separation" to speak of. So we ended up having rough nights with too many sleepers in one room. When we brought up that legally, this is a "contractual breach" where travelers get 20-25% compensation, the owners tried to gaslight us, saying "this is the 3 bedroom apartment!", complained that we "negotiate prices" and pressed us to decide quickly if we want to move out (there was nothing free in the town at the time).

We had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful family owned and operated hotel just few blocks walking distance from a beautiful beach and many restaurants and stores. The Ouzas family is very welcoming, Stelio’s make sure anything we need for our trip was there. He found us a vehicle last minute, gave us recommendations on where to have lunch and things to do. Stelio’s wife Vasiliki is charming, she prepared a family breakfast. Katerina their daughter is always smiling and ready to give you an advice. The room has a large balcony with chairs and a table to enjoy your afternoon coffee. The bedroom or studio as it has absmall kitchen with functional stove, refrigerator and kitchen tools. A very comfortable double bed and a single bed at the side. Breakfast is served at the hotel yard, very large space, breakfast contain by local produce and products, fresh juice and jelly, country bread, fresh eggs and cheese, etc. The hotel, and the rooms are very modern and clean, the Ouzas family really has this beautiful place as a gem. My wife and I we definitely coming back one day.

Very beautiful hotel, with careful decoration, neat and clean rooms and common areas! Perfect breakfast, particular attention to detail, kind and helpful hosts! An oasis in the chaos of the area! The only difficulty is the issue of parking, if you find yourself on days with a lot of people, but there is a free parking lot of the Municipality 2-3 minutes' walk away. Also, one small thing that could be improved in the room is the partition on the balcony, because it is open from the middle down and you don't have enough privacy. By the way, well done for your effort, you are amazing!!! 😊

Es ist ein kleines, sehr gemütliches Hotel, vor paar Jahren renoviert ( sehr gut gelungen :))) mit perfektem Service und unglaublicher Gastfreundlichkeit. Es liegt ca 100m. entfernt von der Strandpromenade Olympiaki Akti und dem Olympic Beach Strand. In der unmittelbaren Nähe gibt es viele Tavernen , Cafes und Supermärkte. Ich habe das Hotel aufgrund positiven Bewertungen gebucht und wurde in keinster Weise enttäuscht. Für die einmalig -herzliche Freundlichkeit , bedanke ich mich bei dem griechischen Gastgeberpaar.
