Hotel is soooo far in the woods
No elevator so it's a pain to carry luggages when check in and check out
Asked for extra towels and rubbish bags, instead of delivering to the room, staff asked me to pick up at the reception, understand that coz there’s only 1 staff that you can see in the whole hotel
Thought onsen was included, but you need to pay 5500 yen each time, it’s very small so it’s not worth it
Washing machine and dryer free to use though.
Definitely will not book again

The location is on the top of the mountain, not very convenient
But it's okay for self-driving tours
It takes 4.5 hours to drive from Narita Airport to the hotel
Check in was already past 12 am
The hotel staff checked us in after work
But it was snowing, and some mountain roads in the snow were not open and not fenced off
We walked in by mistake because the closed mountain roads were not cleared of snow
The car got stuck in the snow
Luckily it was not far from the hotel
The hotel staff quickly helped us tow the car
The hotel service was very good, very satisfied
There was a cooking stove and tableware in the room
Very convenient.
The snow outside the hotel is so beautiful that I don’t want to leave
