The rooms on the 4th level in the main building can only be accessed by stairs from the 3rd level. Not very ideal if you have a lot of luggage.
We got the dinner and breakfast buffet plan and the food is not bad as they have free flow snow crab and beer and sake.
The drive there was easy with no winding roads and passing by large fields. Nice scenery.

It was a very big hotel with nice onsen (although it smells a little of chlorine) the place was swarmed with tour groups so buffet quality was not great but edible with quite a lot of variety. Parking was spacious. I gave 3 stars for service because we encountered a rude souvenir shop staff who yelled at us in Chinese and continued doing so even after we told her that we are not Chinese!

An older hotel, but overall it's clean. The room is big, the hot spring is nice, the food is average, and the food hasn't changed at all during my two-day stay. I couldn't get up for breakfast and didn't have it. I wanted my family to bring it back, but they didn't allow it~
