I realize that businesses are slowly reopening, but cleaning hotel rooms, and keeping up with maintenance should not be neglected. The bathroom was FULL of hair, everywhere. We wanted tub, because my wife prefers baths. We were never told that the only rooms with a tub are handicap-accessible rooms. The handicap bench makes using the tub pretty much impossible, as the bottom hinges of the bench protrude into the tub area. The tub, itself, is VERY slippery when wet. Probably not the best for a handicapped room. The drain plug did not keep water from draining (perhaps from more hair?) While showering, and with the drain open, the water still collected in the tub. The rest of the room was acceptable, but the appearance made it seem as though it was on the tail end of some repairs. Those should be 100% completed before using the room. The handle, and front of the bedside table was disgustingly sticky. There are absolutely no USB ports in the room. The TV, ”guide”, never, ever worked. There are several security issues around the hotel, mainly broken doors.

I traveled here with my 2 small children. I’m going to write my review based on what I wish I knew prior to booking this hotel for a family weekend. At check-in, I was told no information - nothing about breakfast, pool, fitness room, nothing. I’m a diamond member and normally receive some water at check-in but the gal checking me in literally gave me my room keys and that was it. Breakfast is a joke. $8 for a continental breakfast for kids 10 and under. If you have children, you know they barely eat, so $8 for a bowl of cereal. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else, literally anyone else and get a continental breakfast for free. Even the buffet for adults is $15, but included eggs, nasty potatoes and meat. Again, other hotels offer this for free. The rooms where nice and clean. The people above us were very loud, not really the hotels fault but I’ve been other hotels were sound proofing is better. There is no hot tub so when you take your kids swimming, you’ll be forced to go in the actual pool. And it’s pretty small at that. When returning to Omaha, I will stay elsewhere.

Hotel location, facilities are good, breakfast is also available, there are many restaurants nearby, it should have been a good experience, but very depressed is the hotel booked in Ctrip in advance, but also paid the full amount, but because of Ctrip, the hotel I re-debited my credit card for two days (290💲). After unintentionally discovering and communicating with Ctrip twice, I said that I had communicated with the hotel and I would not charge any more. As a result, the hotel had to deduct the fee when checking out. After spending more than an hour of repeated communication, it was found that Ctrip’s problem was not communicated with the hotel. I paid almost 320💲 on the Internet; Ctrip paid only 200&# to the hotel. 128178;, so the hotel has to charge. Finally, I made a lot of calls before I contacted Ctrip, saying that I would pay for it first (70💲) and then return it to me! It’s an unforgettable experience. I hope that Ctrip will not happen again in the future. And I don't know when the hotel will return the credit card from the credit card deduction!

A group of us stayed one night for work as we were conducting a workshop nearby. Facilities were fine -- clean room, clean facilities, well appointed. Poor service, however, soured my stay. At check in, staff could not find my reservation. Just matter of fact -- 'your name is not showing up.' I showed my reservation number and they still could not find it. After 15 minutes, still checking, still no apology. Not much communication or even 'sorry for the wait.' Almost a sense of annoyance. I called the folks in our bigger group who were waiting outside for me ... I asked them to go ahead to dinner so as not to lose our reservation. The 2 staff members could hear this but still no apology. After about 5 more minutes, I asked if it would take longer. Shoulder shrug, they did not know. It was only after I said that I have now lost my ride and that I will be late for dinner that they finally said 'sorry for the wait.” They also said that this HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. (hmmm.... if so, no change?) Next morning, new staff. I asked how to order the free breakfast as this was indicated during my reservation for the rate I reserved. Very curt, bordering on rude, staff said 'there is no free breakfast. Unless you can show me documentation, no free breakfast.” Staff went on and on saying there was no free breakfast, etc. rather loudly, too. This was annoying, embarrassing, and felt belittling -- making me feel like I was trying to be sneaky to get $7 worth of food . My colleague was already having her coffee and she was miffed and said she had the same exact treatment. Just as we were planning to go across the way to Scooters, staff member came to us, seeming to have a change of heart and said she would comp us breakfasts as she thought it was only right, as govt employees. Nice, but did not make up for the rudeness and embarrassment earlier. She then came back apologized, indicating that she did more checking and found that indeed there was free breakfast for our rates. I wonder whether admin is providing good work conditions or fostering healthy work culture. Staff at night and morning did not seem happy to be there. Hotel could have been nice but given the computer glitches and poor interface with staff, I will not be returning nor recommending this place to others.

We stayed at this double tree prior to a concert at the CHI event center. It's about a 10 minute uber ride to the center. The hotel appeared new. There isnt much in the way of dining or bars in the area. The restaurant/bar in the hotel doesnt open until 5 and doesnt offer room service. The food was good on a semi limited menu. The server was unable to split our bill for 7 people and 2 children. The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room got cool enough, which anymore doesnt happen. The housekeeper came in about 8 in the morning while we were sleeping. She didnt knock loud enough to wake anyone we were woken by the door opening. Given all of that we would stay here again. It was nice and clean

I recently checked in to the Marriott hotel in Omaha, Nebraska. This hotel seems to be new and lavishly constructed and decorated. However, the staff is not well trained. I do not believe them to be graduates hotel management, as I was checking in. I waited approximately 20 minutes as I was goingto to the counter Person at the counter let someone who just started waiting ahead of me after I checked in. I went to my room. The Wi-Fi did not work. I have had to call the front desk at which point the person gave me wrong information although later did ,I would not recommend the Marriott hotel in Omaha Nebraska to anyone. It seems to be extremely sub par and The employees are not trained.

One of the best and loveliest hotels I’ve ever stayed in from the accommodations to the staff to the food to the pool. Sam, CJ, Zach, and Maddie all stand out as excellent staff. The pool is amazing. Excellent. They just need paper menus for the rooms because QR codes don’t work when trying to order!

GGuest UserWe booked 3 rooms at the friends and family rate, upon check-in their system only showed 2 rooms booked, even though I had my reservation pulled up on my phone clearly showing 3. The woman working the front desk had no idea how to fix it and was apparently the only one working that night. It was new year's eve, however, reading previous reviews it doesn't seem like management ever staffs the hotel properly so I don't think the holiday was a factor. After quite some time of trying to figure it out and me even calling the hotel help line (which was on a 15 minute wait) the front desk employee said she could just book me another room at the discounted rate. She was doing all she could to help but clearly shouldn't have been the only one working that night when she wasn't sure how to fix that sort of problem. Pool and rooms were fine but with only the 1 employee on staff, she was constantly running trying to refill towels in the pool area and the phone at the desk constantly rang with no one behind the desk to answer. We were having drinks in the lobby and watched someone stand at the desk for probably 20 minutes before they were greeted. No fault of the 1 employee working, they were just understaffed! Breakfast the next morning was inedible. Potatoes still cold/frozen in the middle, pancake mix started coming out normal then after a second it was completely watery. Hilton has some work to do on this location.
TTammiC318We travel a lot and stay in many different types of hotels. This one quickly became a favorite at the top of our list!! Our room was very quiet and comfortable, allowing us to relax after long busy days. Hotel is very clean and comfy. Food and drinks are excellent!! We were warmly greeted upon arrival by check-in staff. Bar and restaurant staff are top-notch. Sabrina in the restaurant is very friendly and accommodating. The valet staff are excellent!! Amayeli, Solomon and Alex did a great job retrieving our car very quickly every time we needed it. The unique decor of the hotel is very intriguing and inviting. Hotel is in a great location with a lot of interesting things to see within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel!!
TTravel13863674182The hotel was great. Nice location. Mike at valet was super quick at getting the car. Breakfast was tasty. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again if I was in town. Room service was a bit pricey, as normal for room service, but the food was good. Next time I'd just go down and eat at the restaurant.
Stayed here recently with my wife during a business trip to Omaha. Got a nice sized, King Suite room with Jacuzzi and shower. Nice large, spacious room, though a bit out dated. That doesn't really bother me much at all, except the Jacuzzi simply DID NOT WORK. Couldn't even turn the water on! In addition to this, the hot water in the bathroom was virtually non-existent. I'm not exaggerating in the least when I say that you had to turn the water on in the shower, sink, etc., and simply walk away for several minutes and come back for it to even be warm. It seems the hospitality industry everywhere we go has completely abandoned even the most basic and standard elements of ensuring people have a pleasant stay while traveling. We were loyal to another hotel chain (IHG hotels) for over 25 years when we started getting frustrated with their increasing poor management and quality and starting staying in Choice hotels hoping to see something better. Well, they've been a major disappointment as well. We don't expect 5-star resort treatment at these places, but when trying to book the better rooms and still stay budget-friendly you don't expect to take for granted things like hot running water. The hotel wasn't at all busy so it wasn't a matter of the plumbing system being taxed with maximum occupancy. We also stayed in another Choice Hotels location this same weekend and it was an even worse experience. The only redeeming quality about this place was that the lady running the breakfast area in the morning was staying on top of things. Apart from that, we're pretty much through with Choice Hotels at this point. May just have to start traveling in an RV and avoid hotel stays altogether!
There were a couple hiccups finding a room but Brooke at the front desk was extremely helpful getting us a room! I felt like a pain since we had to change rooms more than once but not only did she make sure we ended up in a comfortable room for our stay, she provided breakfast vouchers for the bit of inconvenience. Great service all around.
SSheila PI am impressed with the bed in the pillows. The pillows are very comfortable and some hotels give you those skinny ones these are nice and firm and fat and comfortable. I do have a problem with the $100 incidental charge it takes forever to get back on your credit card. I can understand this charge especially for new guests but I am a rewards member and I am a very frequent traveler who stays with choice hotels all the time and sometimes it's not worth the hassle to go through with that.
翔翔哥爱唱歌Not far from a friend's house, the location is easy to find, there are plenty of parking spaces, the hotel should be a bit old, but it is clean and the bed is relatively comfortable. The breakfast is very rich, and the waiter attitude is also very good, will take the initiative to come and ask. Price concessions, worth recommending
