the bad and the good
The bed was too firm for me and many people screaming in the hallway in the middle of the night, made it difficult to sleep well. The parking garage is cramped and is not worth the $34 fee. Bump up to valet would be worth not dealing with that situation. The staff is very nice and the pool/hot tub/gym is great.

I spent an hour trying to figure out how to get into the parking lot - the road I needed to take to get into the property was blocked off and it appeared illegal to enter. In general, Signage outside and inside the hotel is too small.
Once inside, the computers were malfunctioning and it took 20 minutes waiting standing in line to check in.
I sympathize with the staff since it was not their fault, but they were quite impersonal and not particularly friendly.
Parking was also inconvenient, quite a walk from the lobby.
The room was comfortable and in good condition. It would have been nice to have more overhead light.
